论文标题:基于C8051F单片机直流电动机反馈控制系统的设计与研究 Design and Research of Reactive Control System of DC Motor Based on MCU of C8051F 论文作者 刘晓凯 论文导师 耿恒山,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 计算机应用技术 论文单位 河北工业大学,点击次数 111,论文页数 41页File Size1918k 2005-01-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_693674292/ 电动机;单片机;模糊控制;PID算法 motor; MCU; fuzzy control; PID 对电动机的控制可分为简单控制和复杂控制两种。简单控制是指对电动机进行启动、制动和顺序控制。复杂控制是指对电动机的转速、转角、转矩、电压、电流等物理量进行控制,而且有时往往需要非常精确的控制。以前对电动机的简单控制的应用较多,但是现在人们对电动机控制的水平要求越来越高,使电动机的复杂控制逐渐成为主流,其应用领域极为广泛。在这里,本课题将研究采用单片机对直流电动机进行复杂控制。首先,本系统以单片机作为控制核心,以模糊理论为主要的控制思想。将原有的依靠模拟电路实现各项功能的直流电机控制系统,发展为基于新型单片机直流电动机反馈控制系统,调压范围在0-250V。在本论文中详细阐述了本系统中所用到的三相桥式全控整流电路的工作原理,介绍了所选用的C8051F系列单片机的性能特点,论述了在本系统中所用到的模糊理论,设计了模糊自整定PID参数控制器,将模糊控制运用在单片机系统中。其次,本论文对于系统的硬件及软件设计进行了详细的解释,包括三相桥式全控电路的选择、保护电路的设计、触发模块的设计、检测模块的设计以及编程的思想方法等,并且提出了对于实验过程中出现的各种干扰情况所给予的相应的抑制措施。本系统的设计顺应了目前国外直流电源朝着数字化发展的趋势,充分利用了单片机的优点,使得通用性得到了提高。 Control for motor includes two methods: simple and complex. Simple control is about start, apply the brake, and order control. Complex control is about rotational speed, torque, voltage, current, etc, which usually is required to control accurately. There were more applications of simple controlling motor, but now people need high level controlling motor more and more, which makes complex control for motors become the main current gradually. This paper is about controlling DC motors complexly based on MCU.Firstly, the MCU is the core and fuzzy theory is main thinking in this control system. Original control system ,which is proceed functions based on analog circuit, develops to reactive control system of DC motor based on MCU, adjusting voltage between 0 to 250V. This paper applies fuzzy control on the MCU system, which discusses three-phase fully-controlled bridge rectifier circuit in this system in detail, introduces the characteristics of MCU of C8051F series, discusses the fuzzy theory in this system and designs the self-turning fuzzy PID controller.Secondly, this paper explains the design of the hardware and software in this system, including the choice of three-phase fully-controlled bridge rectifier circuit, design of protecting circuit, burst module and detecting module, and thinking and method of programming. This paper provides the measures to handle with all kinds of disturbance factors. The design is adjusted to the digitization, making the best use of the advantage of MCU, and making progress in universality.
