论文标题:益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症的临床研究 Clinical Observation on the Action that YiQiHuoXueFang Treated the Type of Vital Energy Deficiency and Blood Stasis of DAO 论文作者 论文导师 周涛,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 中医外科学 论文单位 山东中医药大学,点击次数 76,论文页数 56页File Size1182K 2007-04-20论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_71250172/ Diabetic Arterial Occlusion of Lower Extremities of Lower Extremities;; YiQiHuoXueFang;; Endothelial cell function;; Ankle/brachia index;; Clinical research 目的:观察益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症的临床疗效及不良反应,以探讨其作用机制及糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症的发病机制。方法:将60例气虚血瘀型糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用益气活血方,对照组服用糖脉康颗粒,疗程均为2月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、踝/肱指数、血脂、纤维蛋白原、血管内皮功能等指标的变化。结果:两组患者的临床症状、踝/肱指数、血脂、纤维蛋白原、血管内皮功能均有了明显改善。治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率70%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:益气活血方是治疗糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症疗效肯定、复发率低、毒副作用小的理想方药,其作用机制可能与改善外周循环,抑制血栓形成,调节脂质代谢紊乱,调节血管内皮功能及调节免疫等有关。 Objective : To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse effect of YiQiHuoXueFang in treating the type of vital energy deficiency and blood stasis of Diabetic Arterial Occlusion of Lower Extremities(DAO) and explore the mechanism of action of YiQiHuoXueFang and the pathogenesy of DAO. Methods:60 patients who suffered from DAO were randomly divided into two groups including the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given YiQiHuoXueFang,while the control group was given TangMaiKang granule.2 months later,we observed the change of clinical symptom,ankle/brachia index,blood-fat index,fibrinogen,endothelial cell function between the the treatment group and the control group.Results:The two group’s clinical symptom, ankle/brachia index, blood-fat index,fibrinogen,endothelial cell function were obviosly improved.The total effective rate of treatment group reached 93.33%. The total effective rate of control group reached 70%.There was significant difference btween the treatment group and the control group(P﹤0.05)and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusions:YiQiHuoXueFang is the ideal medicine to treat DAO which has reliable efficacy, low recurrence rate and little adverse effect.The mechanism of action might be related with improving peripheral circulation, restraining from thrombosis, adjusting the level of blood-fat、endothelial cell function and immunity and so on.
