论文标题:紫金矿业集团股份有限公司发展战略分析 Development Strategic Analysis of Zijin Mining Group Company Limiated 论文作者 论文导师 戴亦一,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 工商管理 论文单位 厦门大学,点击次数 123,论文页数 72页File Size767K 2006-05-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_742857122/ Zijin Mining; Strategic Analysis; Gold Industry 紫金矿业集团股份有限公司香港H股上市公司,国内著名的黄金矿业企业,2005年公司矿产黄金产量达到15.3吨,位列国内第3位,全球第20位。紫金矿业的历史并不悠久,在成立至今短短13年中,公司经历了飞速的发展,从一个地方矿山迅速发展成为国内行业领先的大型矿业集团。 目前,紫金矿业面临着良好的发展机遇,近几年来黄金及有色金属的市场价格大幅上涨,并且被普遍预期今后一段时期仍然将维持高位运行,与此同时公司具备综合成本优势,相比国内外同行业企业具有更强的盈利能力,因此公司一直保持着强劲的增长势头。但是公司同样也面临着一系列的挑战,例如缺乏大型集团公司运营管理以及国际化经营的人才和经验等。 本文使用战略分析的方法和工具,对紫金矿业的发展战略进行了研究。首先,对公司的状况以及发展目标作概要介绍;随后对公司面临的外部环境以及行业的关键成功要素进行分析;根据公司成为世界先进矿业公司的远景目标,在分析公司内部资源和能力的同时,也与世界领先企业进行了比较;在第四章中,从战略角度列举出环境的机会、威胁以及公司自身的优劣势,提出公司应当采取扩大矿产储量、加强技术和成本优势、提高经营管理能力以及专注于核心业务的发展战略;最后,从财务政策、组织结构、人力资源管理以及企业文化建设几方面对公司战略的实施进行了讨论。 Zijin Mining Group is one of the largest gold producers in China which issued stock in The Stock Exchange of HongKong and produced 15.3 tons gold in 2005, ranking the third place in China and the twentieth in the world. Although the history of the group is not very long, it experienced a prompt development from a regional mine to a domestic leading large mining group in the short 13 years. Now Zijin Mining Group is facing a favorable opportunity. In recent years the price of gold and other non-ferrous metal jumped a lot and the trend is anticipated continually in the future. At the same time, the company possesses its cost advantage that makes the group have higher profits comparing to the other companies. Yet there are still many challenges in front of Zijin, one of which is the shortage of management experiences for a huge internationalized group. This article uses the method of strategic analysis to study development strategy of Zijin Mining Group. Firstly, I introduce the status and the aim of Zijin. Then there is some analysis of the external circumstances and the industry successful factors. In terms of the extended goal of the group, I analyze internal resources and ability of Zijin, and compare it to top companies in the world. In the fourth chapter, I enumerate the opportunities, threats from the aspect of strategy and put forward the group should adopt a development strategy of enlarging mineral reserves, enhancing advantage of technology and cost, improving management abilities and focusing on core businesses. Finally, I discuss how to implement corporate strategy in financial policy, organizational structure, human resource management and enterprise culture.
