随着服务业飞速发展及服务业在各国国民经济中地位的不断上升，服务业已经成为当今世界经济一体化的一种重要推动力。服务业包含的内容范围非常广泛，同时由于各东道国经济发展状况、国内各行业发展水平及政策差别很大，服务业跨国公司对东道国的经济影响也会因国家和行业的不同而差别巨大。 服务业的国际化是当今世界经济发展的重要特征。随着全球服务业跨国公司在中国投资的增多，在其给中国企业带来先进的技术管理、营销经营理念以及优秀的服务质量等好处的同时，对中国服务业乃至整个国民经济带来的压力和挑战也是不容回避的现实问题。因此，研究服务业跨国公司的扩张对中国经济的影响是非常重要的。对于中国而言，研究服务业跨国公司及其FDI对其经济的影响，具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本文主要从三个方面来阐述：第一方面从服务业在国民经济的重要地位及近年来服务业跨国公司发展的新特点出发，研究服务业跨国公司的扩张对东道国尤其是中国的服务业乃至整个国民经济的影响。第二方面主要论述全球服务业跨国公司的发展与扩张，文中从全球服务业的发展入手，阐述了服务业全球化的发展对跨国公司的影响，从而深入分析了服务业跨国公司扩张的特点。第三方面论述了全球服务业跨国公司扩张对中国服务业发展的影响。最后，提出了中国服务业发展应采取的对策与措施。
With the rapid development in the service sector and dominant status being elevated in all countries around the world, service industry has been an impetus in the world economics integration processing. Service industry covers a wide range .Because economy developing and each industry status among the host countries has a large disparity, service transnational corporations" impact on the host country will be much different for the countries and industry. Service industry internationalization is the main characteristic in the world presently. As increase of service transnational corporations around the world investing in China, they have brought advanced technology and management experience. Meanwhile, they also have taken much presser and challenge to service industry and national economy in China, so to study service transnational corporations" expansion against China in economics influence is very important. The article elaborates from three parts: firstly, beginning on dominant status of service industry in national economy and service transnational corporations" new characteristic, to study service transnational corporations" expansion impact on host countries, especially to China. Secondly, the development of service transnational corporations is the core and elaborates globalization"s development influence on service transnational corporations. Thirdly, expansion of service transnational corporations influence on service industry in China. Last, measures are put out about the development of service industry in China.
