本论文针对分户热计量系统的水力失调及初调节潜在效果进行了系统的阐述。分析阐述了初调节的一般情况,包括水力失调的原因,初调节的一般原理,方法等,为深入进行分户热计量的初调节打下基础。由于分户热计量系统初调节与以往的初调节相比,拥有必要的控制设备—自力式压差控制阀、温控阀、变频水泵。因为这些控制设备的存在,使得分户热计量系统的初调节具有与以往不同的特点及调节方法。然后针对分户热计量的初调节做了分析,以解决分户热计量系统的水力失调问题,用理论方法得出了分户热计量系统虽然配备了良好的运行调节设备,但是如果没有初调节,仍然会导致系统流量分配不均,用户冷热不均的水力失调现象。为了保证最不利用户的供热效果,能耗必然增加,因此必须进行初调节才能满足分户热计量系统运行调节的需要,针对这种系统的初调节提出了一种简易快速的调节法。经过理论分析证明该方法的可行性。并且针对计量供热的具体特点,得出该方法优于以往的其他的调节方法,具有快速简便的特点。最后利用一个实例,证明了针对分户热计量系统简易快速初调节方法的可行性,通过实际得出的各种数据的对比,我们可以看出,无论从理论还是实验中,分户热计量系统必须要进行初调节才能满足用户需要,并且初调节大幅提高了用户的舒适度,减少了能耗电耗,从而用事实充分说明了分户热计量系统初调节的潜在效能巨大,新建计量供热系统都应进行初调节来保证系统稳定运行,保证系统具有节能,用户自主调节的特点。
This thesis expatiate initial adjustment of household heating meter system and its latent effect Analyse.It elaborated the general condition of initial adjustment including the reason of hydraulic imbalance and the general principles and methods of initial adjustment. It is basic on study of initial adjustment. Since initial adjustment of household heating meter system possess necessary control equipments --- self-operated differential pressure controlling valve, temperature control valve and the pump of frequency conversion. It makes initial adjustment of household heating meter system have with different characteristic and regulation method. Through academic method it have reached if this kind of heating system have no initial adjustment,it would still lead to imbalance of flux and hydraulic imbalance phenomenon of cold-heat disequilibrium. To guarantee to the effect of heat of the most disadvantage household, power consumption will inevitably increase, therefore we must carry out initial adjustment to satisfy demand of adjustment of household heating meter system household heat measure system. According to the initial adjustment of this kind of system, I have put forward a kind of simple fast adjustment method.Through theoretical analysis we prove the feasibility of this method. Aiming at measure the specific characteristic of heating meter system, I reach this method.It is better than other adjustment methods and have fast, simple and convenient characteristic. Then I have proved feasibility of simple fast initial adjustment method to household heating meter system. Through the actual contrast of the various datas that we reach, we can find out that no matter that from theory or experiment household heating meter system must carry out initial adjustment, and it can satisfy user needs. And initial adjustment has raised the comfortable degree of household, and has reduced the power consumption. so we have fully explained the latent usefulness of initial adjustment of household heating system is huge, new building having household heating system should carry out initial adjustment to guarantee system steady operation and to guarantee that system has the characteristic of energy saving and household autonomous regulation.
