充分就业是国民经济四大宏观目标之一，对处于经济体制转轨过程中的我国而言，就业问题的正确处理更是与社会的稳定及改革的顺利进行直接相关，具有重要的现实意义。本文从城市化的视角对我国当前的就业问题进行了探讨，全文共分六个部分。 一、我国城市化的基本情况 本部分介绍了我国城市化的进程和我国城市化所面临的问题。 二、我国城市化过程中转移人口的就业问题分析 本部分介绍了我国城市化造成的农村劳动力分化类型、农村劳动力自身素质问题对城市化发展的制约以及工业化和城市化水平不平衡发展的不良后果。 三、我国城市失业和再就业问题分析 本部分论述了我国城市失业的现状并分析了其成因，并进一步探讨了再就业工程实施过程中存在的问题。 四、正确处理城市就业和转移就业的关系 本部分论述城市就业中的三个焦点问题，并进一步指出处理城市现有就业与转移就业的关键所在。 五、国外城市就业的经验及对我国的启示 本部分介绍了东欧、前苏联等转轨国家和西方市场经济国家的城市就业状况，并期望能从中有所借鉴。 六、我国城市化过程中的就业道路选择 本部分论述了当前就业领域中应该处理好的几个关系，并进一步探讨了针对我国城市化过程中的就业问题可以采取的具体应对措施。
Abstract Full employment is one of the four macro-aims of the national economy. For China, reshaping the economic setup, it has significant realistic value to deal with the issue of employment properly, which is directly connected with the stability of our society and the smooth development of the reform. The author of this paper focuses his attention on the current employment of China in the view of urbanization. The paper consists six parts: Part One: a general survey of the urbanization of China The progress and the confronted problems of the urbanization of China are introduced in this part. Part Two: an analysis of the employment of transient population during the process of urbanization This part mainly deals with three items: differentiated types of rural labors caused by urbanization, restraints on the development of urbanization laid by the self-quality of rural labors and the unhealthy consequences led by the unbalanced development between industrialization and urbanization. Part Three: an analysis of unemployment and re-employment in the cities The current situation of unemployment is discussed and its causes are analyzed. Furthermore, the problems existing in the course of carrying out the re-employment project are mentioned and discussed in this part. 7/- Part Four: the relation between citizen employment and transient employment The author presents three central issues in citizen employment and further points out the key to handling the current employment and transient employment. Part Five: the experiences and inspirations of urban employment drawn from other countries The author introduces the urban employment of western countries of market economy as well as those that have just reconstructed the economy such as the former Soviet Union and some eastern European countries. Part Six: possible ways for the current urban employment of China In this part, the author expounds the problems that should be solved properly in the current field of employment and further discusses the detailed solutions that might be adopted for the employment problems during the process of urbanization.
