经济全球化一词的出现是在90年代。现代科学技术尤其是高科技的发展和生产力的巨大进步，国际经济组织的建立、发展和完善，全球化生产体系和跨国公司的迅速发展，各类国家积极参与经济全球化，国际贸易的迅猛发展和世界统一大市场的形成等诸多因素共同促成了经济全球化。 本文着重论述了经济全球化对中国经济造成的影响，通过分析，得出结论：经济全球化是一把“双刃剑”，给中国经济带来的不仅有有利的一面，同时也对中国经济造成了一定程度的冲击。只有全面、清醒地认识经济全球化对中国经济的广泛的、深刻的影响，我们才可能以乐观、积极的态度面对经济全球化，找出对策，扬长避短，快速提高中国在全球经济中的地位。 经济全球化的形成，不仅有其现实基础，也有其理论基础，本文既表述了经济全球化的动态发展变化，更从理论上解释了自由经济基础上的经济全球化的演变过程。 经济全球化给中国开来了巨大影响，这种影响有积极的一面，也有消极的一面。从积极面来看，经济全球化将中国纳入全球经济发展的主流中，中国对外贸易发展战略变化轨迹清楚地向世人展示了中国参与经济全球化的决心和参与国际分工和合作的积极姿态；加入WTO，是中国赢得了公平竞争的国际环境，减少了贸易歧视和摩擦；经济全球化是中国面临全新的竞争，在贸易体制上和企业综合竞争力上，我国都与WTO成员国有一定差距，这些差距是我们正视现实，积极应对挑战，面对激烈的市场竞争，迫使企业积极创新，提高企业竞争力。 从消极面来看，经济全球化将给中国造成一段时期的工厂倒闭和失业问题，出口市场更加集中，是贸易摩擦频繁化、长期化；地区差异华将更加严重，拉大了地区差距；贸易条件趋于恶化，使中国经济出现“贫困化增长”；反倾销和技术贸易壁垒的升级使我国出口商品在国际市场上受挫。 当务之急是如何既能分享经济全球化带来的好处，又能克服经济全球化造成的负面影响。针对经济全球化对中国的负面影响，提出了对策：实行有管理的贸易自由化战略，避免贸易逆差，实行瀑布式的关税结构，根据规则实行主动的灵活的进口保护，鼓励出口，把参与国际竞争作为检验经济效率的标尺，实施新的幼稚产业扶持政策；完善FDI的利用，提升我国外贸竞争力；加强与亚太和东盟的合作，实现我国出口市场多元化战略；实现西部地区跨越式发展，缩小地区差距；实施科技兴贸战略，实现产业结构升级，改善贸易条件。
Economic globalization existed in 1990s". Modern scientific technologies, especially high-tech advance and enormous progress in productivity, building > development and perfect of international economical organization .expedite development of world trade as well as formation of world united market are the elements that cause the economic globalization .Economic globalization are not only based on actualities, but based on theories . This text prescribes dynamic changes of economic globalization, what"s more is that it interprets theoretically the evolution of it based on free economy .Economic globalization has brought about great effect on china"s economy , which has two sides , positive and negative . As far as positive terms are concerned , economic globalization intervolve china into main stream of world economy, the changing track of foreign developing trade strategies clearly shows the determination of china to take part in economic globalization and display her active attitude to participate the international cooperation ; Entering into WTO makes china win the fairly competitive circumstance, decrease the trade friction and discrimination ; Economic globalization makes china face a new competition ,we have a big gap compared with other countries in trading systems and general competition which mind us to face reality and take active action to come over it ; Foreign direct investment ,its promoting function to the total volume of import and export of china shouldn"t be ignored ,meanwhile , its diffusive effect of technology expedites industrial upgrade ; At last ,the keen competition makes entrepreneur innovate and invent.As far as negative terms are concerned, economic globalization may make factories closed and aggravate unemployment ; Concentration of exporting market make the trade friction frequent and perennial ; Territory disparity are aggravated; trade conditions are prone to degeneration , which have china run into "poverty growth"; Anti-dumping and technological barrier frustrate our exporting products in the international market.The urgent thing to do nowadays is how to overcome the adverse caused by economical globalization as well as to share the advantage of it . In view of the negative effect, this text bring out some strategies : Carry out managerial flexible free policy to avoid trade deficit; Improve the use of FDI to enhance our foreign trade competitive capacity; Strengthen the corporation with Asia-pacific area and other unions to realize the multiplex exporting market ;Make the development of western part of our country quickened to shorten the territory difference ;Effect science and technology to develop trade vigorously, upgrade industrial structure and improve the trade conditions.
