论文标题:知识型企业的隐性知识管理研究 Research to Tacit Knowledge Management of the Knowledge Type Enterprise 论文作者 论文导师 杜跃平,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 技术经济及管理 论文单位 西安电子科技大学,点击次数 99,论文页数 98页File Size848K 2007-01-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_775206667/ Knowledge type enterprise; Knowledgeable employee; Tacit Knowledge; Tacit Knowledge Management 在当今以知识为基础的经济社会,只有不断地创新知识,才能不断发展进步。隐性知识管理正是通过挖掘大量存在于员工个体的隐性知识,建立组织共享机制,促使各种知识与其最需要的人有机结合,从而提高组织的创新能力和发展能力。而对于主要凭借知识创新生存和发展的知识型企业而言,企业的大部分知识是分散存在于知识型员工的头脑中难以明晰化的模糊知识。隐性知识的识别、获取、转换与共享是知识型企业管理其隐性知识进而获取企业核心竞争力、推广企业知识管理、适应经济环境变化的重要手段。因此,知识型企业进行隐性知识管理迫在眉睫。 本文首先以隐性知识理论的研究为背景,结合知识型企业以及知识型员工的概念、特点,对知识型企业进行隐性知识管理的有利条件和实现的难点初步分析。其次,在以上分析的基础上对隐性知识管理的前提条件隐性知识的识别与获取及关键环节隐性知识的转换与共享的条件、机制等作了深入的分析与论述。最后,从培育知识共享型企业文化、构建知识型员工的有效激励机制及组织结构的设计三方面为知识型企业实现隐性知识管理提供了得以运行的环境和方法。并且对于知识型企业隐性知识管理的效果进行了评估。从而为知识型企业进行知识创新和建立核心竞争优势提供了可供借鉴的帮助和支持。目前,关于知识管理的研究文献虽已开始大量涌现,但在现实生活中由于隐性知识的内隐性和各种障碍因素的影响,使得隐性知识管理的实践与理论研究相脱节。这将严重影响知识管理在企业中的推进步伐。本论文在这样的现状下为隐性知识管理具体操作层的实施提供了决策参考,有一定的理论和现实意义。 Nowadays, knowledge becomes the basis of economic society. Only carry out knowledge innovation ceaselessly, the enterprise can develop unceasingly. By exploring the tacit knowledge existences in the employee individual, and build the mechanism of sharing knowledge,Tacit knowledge management can promoting the person who most needs the knowledge combine with the various knowledge and improving the ability of innovation and development of the organization. And for the knowledge type enterprise which mainly relies on knowledge innovation to survival and development, most of the knowledge is vague knowledge which scatter existence in the mind of knowledgeable employees is difficult to make it clear. To distinguish, capture, convert and share the tacit knowledge is the important method for the knowledge type enterprise manages its tacit knowledge, and then gets the key competition ability, popularize the knowledge management and adapt to the changeable economic environment. Therefore it is extremely urgent that the knowledge type enterprise carry out its tacit knowledge management. At first, based on the theories of the tacit knowledge as the background, this thesis primarily analyses the advantages and current difficulties to strengthen the management of tacit knowledge for the enterprise by studying the concept and the characteristics of the knowledgeable enterprise and the employee. Secondly, based on the above analysis, the author deeply discusses the prerequisite condition and the critical stages for the tacit knowledge management. At last, the author shows us the methods and steps from 3 aspects of molding the corporate culture ,building the incentive mechanism and designing the organization framework that the enterprise carry out the management of tacit knowledge ,and also evaluating the result. All discusses on the topic in the thesis provide the aid and the support for the knowledge type enterprise carry out knowledge innovation and establishment the key advantage of competitive . Presently, the practice lag behind the theory because of the invisible of tacit knowledge and the factors of various obstacles in practice though a lot of studying material on this topic has come out. This will be serious influence the development of knowledge management in the enterprise. This paper has theoretical and realistic meaning through provided the decision reference for the practice of tacit knowledge management in such situation.
