我国医疗器械行业经过30年的努力,建立了较为完善的科研开发、工业生产和质量管理体系。医疗器械行业已成为我国高科技领域颇具发展前景的生力军。目前,国内注册的医疗器械生产企业已有5760多家,其中专营企业约3000家,达到一定规模的有460多家,职工总数14.6万人,可生产47大门类、3500多个品种、12000余种规格的医疗器械产品。全国医疗器械行业总产值逾200亿元,约占世界总销售额的2%。世界医疗器械产业发展迅速,进入20世纪90年代,全球经济衰退,但医疗器械产品仍然看好。20世纪90年代中期,美国整个经济增长率基本上是零,而医疗器械工业却增长6%至7%;西欧经济增长也举步维艰,而医疗器械工业增长率却在3%以上;日本经济增长率为3.5%左右,而医疗器械工业增长率达8%。与此同时,医疗器械市场也颇景气:美国市场销售增长率为5.1%,欧盟为6.1%,日本为8.3%。据资料显示,我国医疗器械市场年销售额已达550亿元,其中高技术医疗设备约100亿元,且仍在以每年14%左右的速度递增。本篇论文试图在俯视整个医疗器械行业,特别是实验室设备的基础上,来论证仪器设备的供需双方都需要第三方的服务,以减轻双方的财务负担,并得到更好的客户服务。“外包”意思大致是把不属于自己核心竞争力的业务包出去,通俗点说,是把自己做不了或做不好或别人做得更好更便宜的事交由别人做。外包这种新经营理念的兴起将导致企业对现有模式进行重组,增强核心竞争力,外包出去的非核心业务又有可能形成新的商机。在日益激烈的竞争中,各公司都有其核心技术、产品和市场定位,其发展取决于核心业务的成败。将非核心领域但又很重要的业务或管理,外包给擅长于该项工作的专业公司去做,将自身解放出来以更专注于核心业务的发展,堪称是行之有效的应对良策。 第一章,回顾了医疗器械,特别是医用实验室设备的技术服务支持行业是如何产生,并通过对行业的变革与演化的阐述,来说明现在所面临的问题与挑战。阐述了作为服务供需双方的要求与期望。 第二章,医疗器械服务的外包的利弊进行了分析。服务外包是社会文明分工细化的必然。整个社会发展史就社会分工的发展史,分工不断造就和继续造就着新的产业。但是,万事并不是一包就灵,服务外包不是万应灵药。同时它也是有潜在的弊端。 第三章,以案例分析的形式,用数字说明服务中心的盈利前景。并简要的分析了为什么同样的服务,在不同的运作模式下,其财务状况会截然不同。 第四章,对服务商承揽服务外包的可行性进行了分析。预测了第三方服务中心的可行性方案。利用所学到的知识,对某项目的可行性进行了预测。 第五章,对服务中心成立后的公司战略进行了llyJ述。力图从成木,品牌与产品差异化的角度进行了论述。并简要叙述了如何才能做到成本领先。树立品牌与如何对公司所提供的产品-一服务,进行差别化。 第六章,简要论述了公司的组织架构,人员构成与职责,和质量保证系统,物流保障系统。对于实验室设备而言,存在一个巨大的潜在市场。而对于设备提供商和使用者,也有这样的现实状况需要有一个第三方的服务提供商来提供服务,既可以降低成本,又能够得到更为及时与有效的服务。
The medical appliance industry has established a well-developed management system including the factors of R&D, manufacturing and quality control etc. Medical appliance industry has become the main force with prosperous future in the field of high technology. Currently, the number of domestically registered manufacturing enterprises of medical appliance has been more than 5,760, among which the specialized enterprises account for 3000 and 460 enterprises possess of a large scale business. The medical industry has absorbed 146,000 work-labor and comprises 47 major categories with 3500 varieties of products and 12000 specifications of medical products. The gross product of the industry has exceeded 20 billions RMB in China, about 2% of the world overall sales revenue.The world medical appliance industry has entered a fast developing stage. Even the global economy recession in 1990 does not show any adverse effect to the industry. On the contrary, the medical appliance industry has developed fairly well. Since the mid of 1990s, the economic growth in USA has come to almost standstill, but medical appliance industry remains a magic growth record of 6-7% per year. While the economic growth in Western Europe met all- time difficulty, the medical appliance industry still grows by 3% every year. Same thing happened to Japanese economy, 3.5% for economic growth in Japan fall behind the 8% growth ratio for medical appliance growth. In the meantime, the whole medical appliance market shows extreme prosperity. The growth ratio for medical appliance is 5.1% for USA market, 6.1% for Europe, and 8.3% for Japan.By statistics, the yearly sales revenue for medical appliance market inChina has reached 55 billion RMB, of which high tech medical instruments is about 10 billion RMB. Meanwhile, the revenue maintains a growth speed of 14% every year.The paper aims at exploring the overall status of the medical appliance industry, especially the Lab equipment and then demonstrating that the third party service is crucial and incremental for both sides of seller and buyer for medical instruments. The third party service can bring the better service to customers and cut down the financial burden for both as well.Out sourcing means out-source non-core competency. It would make the entrepreneur to re-engineering and improve the core competency. The new out-sourced will other new companies" business opportunity.The First Chapter generally reviews the start and development of technical service and support for medical appliance industry, especially the medical lab equipment, as well as the problems and challenges faced with currently. In this chapter, the requirement and demands for both sides of buyer and seller is also thoroughly expatiated.The Second chapter gives a detailed analysis of the pros and cons of service outsourcing.The profitable prospect of service center has got narrated in the Third Chapter. To study a real case to show the different scenario of the finance performance.And then the feasible scheme for service center by third party is forecasted in the Fourth Chapter. Conclusively, in the Fifth the Sixth Chapter, the strategy and the implementation strategy for the third party is elucidated.There is a big technical support market in Lab Equipment and Instrument"s marketing segment. No matter for equipment provider or equipment user, both of them need a third party service provider to reduce cost and provide more efficiency service.
