人类社会正在进入信息时代,信息是政府、企事业、院校占主导地位的资源。随着网络技术的广泛应用,网上实时交流,网上办公,网上协作等办公活动,已成为二十一世纪人类信息世界的核心。目前,OA(Office Automation)系统开发比较广泛地运用于企业、政府部门,而很少有为院校专门设计的,所以,本篇论文旨在为OA系统能在院校开发使用打开一扇窗口,为办公自动化信息管理的应用拓展新的领域。 本文将介绍基于Lotus Notes/Domino技术开发教学与办公自动化管理信息系统的过程,将按照软件工程的方法进行项目开发。首先介绍目前OA的发展状况,并介绍了当前最为流行的Lotus Notes/Domino技术,通过学院在教学和办公工作对系统功能的需求分析,设计并实现了教学文档管理、学院文档管理、学院信息发布、个人电子邮件和网上培训五大功能。论文重点介绍了教学收文和发文处理系统的设计与实现过程。 本系统采用了客户/服务器(Clients/Server,简称C/S)的技术,实现直接面对Intranet用户的学院内部的一个高效教学与办公管理信息系统。并采用用户登陆、存取控制列表等安全设置和权限设置,保证了系统的安全性。
The human society is entering era of knowledge-driven economy; the information and knowledge are resources that government, enterprises and institutions, universities and colleges occupied a leading position. With the wide application of the network technology, exchange in real time on the net, handle official business on the net, cooperate on the net, and office activity that online commercial affair, etc. carried on Internet; it is a world core of human information in the 21st century. At present, OA system is developed and more widely applied to enterprises, government department, and is it design specially for universities and colleges to have seldom, so page this thesis is it can develop and use turning on a window for OA system in the universities and colleges to aim at too, expand new field for the application of office automation administration system.This thesis has introduced the process of the technical design and application of information management based on Lotus Notes/Domino technology, developing the project according to the method of software engineering. Firstly, it has introduced the development of OA"s present state; secondly, has introduced the most of favorite Lotus Notes/Domino technology. It has designed and finished teaching documents management, collage documents management, collage information sending, personal mail and leaning space online. This thesis, especially has introduced the process of design and realization and the receiving page and teaching dispatch.The system has used Clients/Server technology, constructed a high efficient the management information system of official working inside the institute, and faced Intranet users directly. It is still using the way of user login, and setting security and power in using access control list, to protect the security of the system.
