论文标题:克里雅河流域水资源承载力分析计算 The Calculation and Analysis on the Capacitance of the Water Resource in Keliya Basin 论文作者 朱秉启 论文导师 熊黑钢,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 自然地理学 论文单位 新疆大学,点击次数 86,论文页数 62页File Size708k 2002-06-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_790273812/ 绿洲-荒漠,尺度,景观异质性,气候变化,生态系统,斑块 Oasis-Desert,Landscape,Ecosystem,Heterogeneity,Response,Climate Change,Patch 本文的研究区域为克里雅河流域,位于中昆仑山北麓,塔里木盆地南缘于田县境内,自南向北纵贯全县。土米亚、皮什盖、阿羌和苏克塔亚等四条小河位于克里雅河东岸的县境内。流域地处东经81“09’一82“51’,北纬 35“14’ ~39“29’。 克里雅河流域由于水资源缺乏和生态系统脆弱,水资源在数量、质量和时空分布,特别是数量上与工农业发展、结构布局、需水量和需水过程之间存在矛盾和不协调,需要根据自然、社会经济、工程条件和内陆河流域水资源开发利用阶段与程度。有针对性的采取正确途径,或增修各种水利设施,调节地表水量,提高地表水的引水率;或有规则地大力开发利用地下水,并减少输水过程中的损失,增加流域的可用水资源量,以满足社会经济发展和生态环境保护对水资源不断增长的需求。达到供需平衡。 水既是一种自然资源,又是自然环境的组成部分,也是人类社会持续发展的物质基础和支持条件之一。水资源不仅具有对人口的承载能力,而且还具有对经济的承载能力。第一章首先从理论上阐述何谓水资源承载力,目前人们主要研究它的什么,用了什么方法,怎样研究,有什么原则,今后有什么发展趋势,其特点是什么,等等。其次阐述本文的立论:干旱区水资源开发利用的阶段分析,文章的分析方法,思路、步骤等。 第二章以详实的文字和数据介绍克里雅河流域的概况,包括地理位置、地貌,气象气候,流域水文、于田县社会、经济发展状况。其次说明数据资料的来源。承载力预测水平年。 对流域未来水资源承载力的预测精确程度,是以对流域水资源情况的准确了解和掌握为基础的,因此第.三章详细分析了流域水资源的数量和质量情况。为后文的计算与预测奠定基础。 对未来的水资源进行预测,首先要对当前的水资源进行供需平衡分析。因此第四章和第五章详细研究了流域现状年生态环境和人口、工业、农业等各用水载体或行业对水资源的需求量。重点做了前人较少做的工作—一对生态环境需水量的计算,这是本文突出之处,也是作者的创新之处。 无论是理论阐述,还是数据准备和现状洲,都是为了研究来来水资源承载力状况究竟如何,一切准备工作就绪,就步入了核。C正题—一第六章详细、全面地对流域来来2010年和2020年的水资源承载力分别进行计算和预测,揭示出未来10年和20年后的水资源绝对承载能力和相对承载能力的正负情况,同时分析流域水资源所处的开发利用阶段~从而为采取相应的措施奠定理船础。 最后,针对流域的具体情况和分析结.果,作者提出一些有益的建议,主要有两个方面:一方面试探性地提出一些未来水平年流域水资源供需矛盾的解决途径,另一方面建议加强水资源管理;提出一些管理措施。 The researching area of the artic1e is Ke1iya Basin, 1ying in the north of.midd1e Kunlun Mountains, a1so inside the Yutian county of south edges of Tarim basin.The drainage basin pass through the who1e county from south to north.. There arefour little rivers, Tumiya, Pishigai, Aqiang and Suktaya, lies in the county"s areaof the east bankside of Keliya river. The drainage basin locates on eastern longitudebetween 81" re,and ffi" 51,,ou rt latlthe bo %, l4,and ffi" ro".Because of being in short of water resource and the weak ecosystem, the basin"swater resource have something of contradiction and is out of line in quantity,qua1ity and distribution of space--time, especia1ly between the quantity and thedevelopment of industry and agricu1ture, the configuration and position, thedemanding quantme of water resouce and the course of demand, which need adopt rightapproaches pertinent1y, or increase a11 kinds of irrigation works establisIunent,adjust surface water volone, advance the rate of the surface water adoption andstretching, or exploiter the gYound water vigorous1y and regu1ar1y, and reduce thewater 1osing in the course of transporting, increase the usab1e water resource vo1umeof the drainage basin, in order to meet the increasing water demanding for the societyand economy deve1oPment and the protection of ecosystem, so to arrive at the balanceof supp1ying and demanding, above all need base on the nature, the society and economy,the engineering condit ions and the degree of water resouce in inner cont inenta1 riverbasin.The water is a comPosing portion of entironment as we11 as a kind of natura1resource, also is one of substance foundations and sustaining conditions to humansociety"s continue deve1opment. The water resource not on1y have the caPacitancepower to populace, but have the power to economy. The first chaPter expatiate whatis the water caPacitance in theory, and now what of it peop1e are studying on, andwhat way they have used, and how to study it, and what deve1oping direction of itlater, what is the princip1e of it, and what"s the characteristic, and so on. Nextexpatiate the theoretical point of this artic1e: ana1ysis on the stage ofexp1oitation of the water resource in arid area, the method of analysis, the processand considerat ion.From the detai1ed and right character and dat" the second chapter introducethe genera1 situation of the Ke1iya basin, inc1uding the geograPhica1 position, thelandform, the c1imate and the water characteristic, the society and economydevelopment status of Yutian county, and 1ater account for the origin of data, theforecasting level year of the caPacitance.The exactitude forecasting degree to the basin"s future water resource is basedon the nicety acquaintance and control to the water resource conditions of thedrainage basin. So the third chaPter analyze in detai1 the quantity and qua1ity ofthe water resource, establishing the foundation for the 1ater part.To forecast the future water resource, firstly we shou1d ana1yze the balanceof supplying and demanding of the current water resource. So the fOrth chaPter andthe fifth chaPter study in detai1 on the water demand of the water--using carriersand industry, mainly inc1uding the current ecosystem and POpulace, the industry,the agricu1ture.
