湖南省长株潭地区将实现一体化的新格局,确定高新技术产业为重点发展产业以推动三市经济的跨越式发展。产业集群可以体现高新技术产业的经济优势,并且集群的研究已经引起国内外众多学者的热切关注,在理论方面也取得了很大的成绩。本文采用理论结合实际、文献研究和实地调查的方法,运用产业集群理论来研究高新技术产业集群的模式,主要以长株潭地区的典型高新技术产业(先进电池材料产业、生物医药产业、轨道交通装备制造产业)为例,通过分析集群中各企业之间的产业链关系而总结出三种典型的高新技术产业集群模式,即产业关联型、平台共享型和卫星围绕型模式;然后,从模式结构、运行机制与骨干企业三方面对三个高新技术产业领域加以详细讨论,经过概况抽象后得出它们的结构模式图。接着,本文提出了该地区未来高新技术产业集群发展的设想。最后,针对本地高新技术产业现存的不足,在五个方面提出了相应的措施和建议。 本文对长株潭地区高新技术产业的几个典型产业集群模式进行研究,旨在将产业集群理论与本区实际相结合,寻求促使本区经济快速发展的途径,能够充分发挥高新技术产业对区域经济增长的强劲带动作用,从而达到为长株潭地区顺利完成一体化进程提供具有参考价值建议的目的,同时也希望能为进一步丰富我国的产业集群理论内容作出一定贡献。
The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area of Hunan , realizes integrated new pattern, confirms high-tech industry as industry of giving priority to in order to promote the development of leap-type of the economy of three cities. Industry" s cluster can reflect the economic advantage of the high-tech industry, the research of cluster has already caused the earnest concern of domestic and international numerous scholars, obtained very big achievement too in theory. This test adopts method of the theory to combine the real, the research of documents and field investigation, uses industry" s cluster theory to study the mode of the cluster of high-tech industry, mainly take typical high-tech industry ( advanced battery material industry , biological medicine industry , rail transportation equip industry) of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area as the example, summarize three kinds of typical cluster modes of high-tech industry through the industry chain relation between every enterprise while analyzing cluster, namely industry" s related type, sharing platform type and around satellite type; Then, discuss from three respects of mode structure , operating mechanism and leading enterprise in detail , draw their structure mode picture after abstracting the overview. Then, this text has proposed the imagination of high-tech industry cluster development of future in this area. Finally, to the deficiency of high-tech industry, put forward corresponding measure and suggestion in five aspects.This text pass to research of several typical industry"s cluster modes of the high-tech industry in Changsha-Zhuzhou -Xiangtan area, aim at combining industry" s cluster theory and
