当今的奥林匹克运动已不仅仅是一种体育竞技行为,更是一种商业与经济行为,她对举办城市的经济影响是有目共睹的。奥运经济的辐射功能极大地拉动了经济增长,已成为现代经济发展的崭新形式。同时也是一种长期的效应,这种效应不会随奥运会的结束而终止,至少会持续2-7年,这种持续的效应即“后奥运效应”。它对举办城市各相关行业的经济影响,才是奥运会的最大受益群体,也才是做大奥运经济的根本。 举办2008年夏季奥运会对于北京来说,是一个发展的契机,而中国作为世界经济增长速度最快的发展中国家之一,如何借奥运促经济,是一个值得深入研究的重要课题。 本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、指标分析等方法,立足于北京奥运,从时间维度划分奥运周期,以“后奥运”时期为文章的背景和切入点,依据奥运对历届举办城市经济产生的正、负面影响,为北京2008年奥运会的筹备和举办提供了积极的、建设性的对策及建议,以期北京在按照国际惯例举办奥运会时能充分结合自身实际,促进城市经济的可持续发展。
Nowadays, Olympics’economic influence on conducted city is obvious to all, because it is not only a agonistic behavior, but also a commercial and economic behavior. Olympics’economic influence accelerates the prosperity of economy and becomes a new economic form, a long time invest benefit. This benefit will not stop with the end of the Olympics, it can continue for 2-7 years. We call this economic effect as‘economic effect after Olympics’. This effect on conducted city is the biggest benefit of Olympics and the fundamentality of developing Olympics’economy. Holding summer Olympics’in 2008 is a chance of developing for Beijing, haw to accelerate the prosperity of economy by Olympics is an important work and deserved to lucubrate. This thesis used literature and expert interview method, based on the Beijing Olympics , partition the period of Olympics form temporal dimensionality, according to the period of‘after Olympics’, aiming at the affirmative and negative economic influences for conducted city of holding Olympics, offering some active and constructive ideas for preparing and conducting Beijing Olympics in 2008, in order to reach the aim of that Beijing can contact the situation of itself when conducting the Olympics and accelerate the continue development of economy of Beijing.
