This paper combines Spearman Order Relational Coefficient and Rough Set with Data Mining, and provide a combined model of improving the efficiency of the Data Mining. The basic steps are, firstly, we will sift the data of the indexes system in the database by the Analysis of Coefficient Correlation and Spearman Order Relational Coefficient; secondly, simplify the data of the sifted indexes system by Rough Set theory; thirdly, then find out the related rules by Data Mining. In the end of the paper, we identify the core competencies of the listed power enterprises by this model, and dig out the core competencies to guide the enterprise to establish the long-last policies.
