人力资本价值的实现,是探索以人为本的社会发展模式有待深入系统研究的热点问题。因此,论文以人力资本价值实现的社会资本分析体系为核心,阐明了社会资本的自组织机理,构造了社会资本的演化模型,论述了基于分工网络扩展的人力资本价值实现机理,并验证了该分析体系。 论文首先以自组织理论为基础构建能量价值空间模型,在能量价值空间基础上探索了自组织过程的社会资本形成机理,讨论了原始性社会资本的基本特征和形成条件,以交易秩序扩展为导向分析了民间社会资本和政府社会资本的演化机制,构造了信息共享环境、共同利益、惩罚机制引导的社会资本演化模型。研究表明,社会资本是社会合作秩序的自组织实现工具,由社会群体集体投资,以制度规范为核心,以社会合作秩序的实现与扩展为目标,以未来稳定预期、高的交易效率和人力资本投资的社会保障为社会资本的利益源泉。 然后,以新兴古典经济学的企业制度模型为基础,将社会资本和人力资本导入经济组织变迁过程,揭示了人力资本是分工网络扩展的动力,社会资本通过保障交易秩序扩展和人力资本投资来实现分工网络扩展,经济组织变迁遵循从制度逻辑到物质资本逻辑再到人力资本逻辑的发展规律。 接着,扩展了杨小凯的投资储蓄模型,提出了人力资本依靠分工网络扩展实现自身价值的人力资本投资—收益循环机制,阐明了社会资本是公平实现人力资本价值的基石,创建了人力资本价值实现的社会资本分析体系,将社会资本与分工经济相结合,为研究人力资本积极、公平地实现自身价值提供了一种定性分析手段。 最后,以国有企业为对象,研究了国有企业依存的社会资本和国有企业改革中的社会资本问题,以株洲市国有企业改革为例进行了社会资本的经验研究,运用统计数据和BERI市场化指数对人力资本价值实现的社会资本分析体系进行了实证研究并获得验证。研究表明,国有企业依存的社会资本是以单位社会制度为特征的类原始性社会资本,现代社会资本发育滞后是国有企业改革产生社会不公平性的根源。加快政府社会资本转型,培育和发展现代社会资本,能够弥补非国有化过程产生的社会不公平,直接改善人力资本价值实现的社会公平性。
Human capital value realization, it is a hot point for society progressoriented by development model of humanism. It still needs a deep andsystematic study. Therefore, this dissertation has taken the social capitalanalysis system of realizing human capital value as the core, expatiatedthe self-organization mechanism of social capital, built the evolvingmodel of social capital, discussed the mechanism of realizing humancapital value based on extending of division network and validated theanalysis system. Firstly, based on the self-organization theory, the model of energyvalue space has been built. This dissertation has explored the formingmechanism of social capital of self-organization process based on energyvalue space, discussed the basic character and forming conditions oforiginal social capital, analyzed the evolving mechanism of civil socialcapital and governmental social capital with orienting of dealing orderexpansion, built the evolving model of social capital oriented byinformation share environment, co-benefit and punishing mechanism.The research has indicated that social capital is the realizing tool ofself-organization of society cooperation order, collectively invested bysociety community, took the system criterion as the core, and therealization and development of social cooperation order as the object, thesocial security of stable anticipation, high dealing efficiency and humancapital investment as the benefit headspring. Then, based on the enterprise system model of new classical economics, social capital and human capital have been introduced intothe economic organization transformation process, unveiled that thedriving force of division network expansion is human capital, socialcapital is helpful to realize division network expansion by ensuringdealing order expansion and human capital investment, economicorganization transformation followed along with the developing law fromsystem logic to material capital logic and then to human capital logic. Thirdly, this dissertation has extended the Yang"s investment-bankmodel, and put forward a human capital investment-income cycle inwhich human capital realized the self-value by means of division networkexpansion, illustrated that social capital is the footstone to realizeimpartially human capital value, founded the social capital analysissystem of realizing human capital value. Through integrating the socialcapital with division economy, the dissertation provided a qualitativeanalysis tool for researching how human capital actively and impartiallyrealizes the self-value. Finally, took state-owned enterprises as the object, this dissertationhas studied the social capital depended on by state-owned enterprises andthe social capital problems in the reform process of state-ownedenterprises. Took the reform of state-owned enterprises in zhuzhou city asan example, this dissertation has experientially researched the socialcapital, and carried on the demonstration research for social capitalanalysis system of realizing human capital value by means of statisticdata and NERI index, and validated this analysis system. The researchhas indicated, the social capital depended on by state-owned enterprises is the quasi-original social capital charactered by unit society system, theroot of producing social unfair in the reform process of state-ownedenterprises is the lagging of developing modem social capital.Quickening the transformation of governmental social capital, cultivatingand developing modem social capital, it can offset the social unfairproduced by non-state owned process and improve the social fair ofhuman capital value"s realization directly.
