论文标题:1997~2001年安医附院医学科研课题状况分析与医院科技创新关系研究 Study on the Relationship between the Situation of Scientific and Technologic Research Items and the Hospital Scientific Innovation in the First Affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University During the Period of 1997-2001 论文作者 郑慧 论文导师 江启成,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 社会医学与卫生事业管理 论文单位 安徽医科大学,点击次数 96,论文页数 53页File Size2125k 2002-11-20论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_86584512/ 医院,科研课题,计量分析 Hospital, Scientific and Technologic Research Items, Quantitative Analysis [目的] 了解1997~2001年间安徽医科大学第一附属医院科技人员承担的医学科研课题情况,探索医院科技创新工作的发展与变化规律,研究医院科技创新队伍及人才培养工作的现状与存在的问题,为医院实施“科教兴院”及可持续发展战略,为医院科技创新管理方式的变革提供客观依据和建议。[方法] 通过查阅安徽医科大学第一附属医院科教处1997~2001年科研课题统计年报表等相关原始数据资料,对医院5年间科研人员承担的医学科研课题及经费情况进行统计分析。[结果] 查明并分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院5年间科技人员承担的科研课题的来源与级别、科研课题的数量与经费的时间分布及科室分布、科研课题的研究类型分布、科研课题负责人的年龄特征、职称结构及学历、承担国家级重点重大科研课题情况及与国外医学科研机构联合开展合作的科研课题等10个方面情况。[建议](1)加强医学科技创新队伍与学科带头人的培养;(2)全面提高医护人员的整体创新意识及能力;(3)坚持医学科技创新工作与临床医疗相结合,正确处理基础研究、应用研究和开发研究的比例关系;(4)树立精品意识,提高科研课题质量;(5)优化年龄结构,抓住科技人才“闪光”的最佳年龄段,合理安排科技创新队伍的能级结构;(6)依托重点学科为科技创新和人才培养的基地,形成科技创新的优势和特色,带动医院学科建设全面发展;(7)重视研究生的培养,是加速青年科技人才培养的捷径;(8)以提高学术水平为中心,加强协作,不断拓宽国际合作渠道;(9)改革医院科技创新的激励机制,营造有利于科技创新的医院文化氛围;(10)加大科技投入,创造宽松的学术环境,改善科技创新的支持条件;(11)改革医院科技创新工作的管理方式,实施创新型管理方法及制度创新;(12)以“科技创新、科技兴院”的战略思想为指导,完善继续教育制度,努力把医院营造成适应知识经济时代发展需要的学习型组织,从根本上提高医院的科技创新能力。 Objectives: Investigating the numbers and the situation of the scientific and technologic research items in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University during the period of 1997-2001, exploring the development and changing rules of the science research and scientific innovation in the hospital, studying the status-quo and the problems existing in the science research and scientific innovation in the hospital. All these aims at providing objective bases and suggestions for the implementation of the hospital"s strategy of "developing the hospital through science and teaching" and sustainable development and for the management reformation of the science research and scientific innovation in the hospital.Method: By examining the yearly statistic tables of the scientific and technologic research items and the related data and documents in the first Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in recent 5 years, Using the method of document quantitative analysis, the scientific and technologic research items and the situation are quantitatively analyzed.Results: Examining and quantitatively analyzing all these research items" source and level; worked out the distribution of their category, of the time and scientific fund and the department distribution; their leading cadres" age, title, education, experiences of their taking part in the national key research items, etc. What"s more, the cooperation with other foreign scientific institutions has also been pointed out.Suggestions: based on the above results, the following suggestions are put forward:1. Key scientific innovation personnel and the leaders of the key departments are urgently to be cultivated and developed;2. The comprehensive capacity of scientific innovation of the medical workers in our hospital are to be wholly promoted and enhanced;3. Insisting on the combination of the medical research innovation with their clinical practice, correctly handling the relations between the basic research, applied research and developing research;4. The sense of high quality is to be enhanced in order to improve the level of scientific research items;5. The energy level and the aging structure of the scientific innovation personnel in the hospital are to be properly reformed and rationally arranged;6. Based on the key departments of our hospital and the base of health manpower development and scientific innovation, forming the characteristic and superiority in scientific innovation and promoting the wholly-development in our hospital;7. Focusing on the bringing up the post-graduate students and speeding up the development of the young researchers;8. Circling around the improvement of the scientific research level, strengthening the cooperation and widening the channels of international cooperation.9. Reforming the encouraging system of scientric innovation of our hospital and forming an ideal hospital culture which is beneficial to hospital scientificinnovation.10. Increasing the investment of the scientific research and improving the supporting condition of scientific innovation.11. Reforming the managerial system of hospital scientific innovation and striving to change management model and regulations.12. Perfecting continual medical education and earnestly buikding our hospital into a learning organization that is consistent with the age of knowledge-based economyso as to radically enhance tne capacity of scientific innovation of our hospital.
