近年来,随着中国经济的发展,私募基金已成为各界人士关注的焦点之一。由于它在我国还是新生事物,对于私募基金该不该发展、该如何发展的问题,学术界争论很大,本文正是从争论中入手,论证出在我国大力发展私募基金是必要的和可行的。文章第一部分从其内涵和特征谈起,列举了私募基金的种种益处;第二部分主要结合经济学原理来分析私募基金存在的经济学基础;第三部分分析私募基金在国内外发展的现状;第四部分探讨私募基金在我国发展的可行性以及我国在发展私募基金中存在的问题,得出在我国大力发展私募基金是必要的和可行的结论;文章最后通过几种私募基金的投资策略来分析我国私募基金的发展是必要的。
In recent years, along with the development of Chinese economy, private-placement fund has been one of the focuses all manner of people concerned. Because it is still a new-born thing, there is a big dispute on the market whether we should develop it and how to develop it. This paper just discussed it from this dispute and supported it strongly that our country should develop private-placement fund in a big way. The first part discussed the meaning and character of private-placement fund, and cited various advantages of private-placement fund .The second part mainly combined economics principle to analyze the economics foundation that private-placement fund existed. The third part borrowed lessons from domestic and international development experience. The fourth part analyzed the feasibility of private-placement fund that developed in our country and the followed problems. The result showed that it is necessary and feasible to develop private-placement fund in China. In the last part, paper argued that it is necessary to analyzed the development of private-placement fund in China through a few investment strategies of private-placement fund
