青少年是祖国未来的建设者,加强和改进青少年思想道德建设,是建立社 会主义思想道德体系的紧迫任务和重要内容。社会主义市场经济体制上的不健 全,信息网络技术的飞速发展,多种社会思潮的涌现,都对青年的人生观、世 界观、价值观产生了深刻的影响。传统的道德教育模式已不能满足市场经济存 在和发展的需要。 本文从现实情况出发,总结出在新的挑战下,青少年思想道德建设工作存 在的主要薄弱环节:政府相关部门对这项工作依然认识不足:学校教育重智育 轻德育的现象严重;家长在教育子女的观念和方法上存在误区;社会大环境对 青少年的思想道德建设产生很多负面影响:青少年思想道德建设还缺乏切实的 制度保障。 要解决上述问题,本文认为需要在科学有力的领导下充分调动学校、家庭 和社会等各方面的力量,转变教育观念,塑造良好的社会大环境,创新手段、 机制、制度,全方位地加强和改进青少年思想道德建设。通过对所存在问题的 认识、分析和引导,有效地遏制不良倾向,使我们的工作朝着有利于青少年的 方向不断发展。
Adolescents are the constructors of China" s future. To strengthen and ameliorate the adolescent ideology and moral construction is the urgent mission and important content of socialist ideology and moral system" s construction. All kinds of facts have an far-reaching effect on adolescents" philosophy , world view and concept of value, such as the unsound of socialist market economical system , the rapid development of information and network technology , and the appearance of various social current. Traditional ideology and moral educational pattern has not adapted to the existence and development of market economy. Given to reality , this article refer the problems in adolescent ideology and moral construction which exist under these challenges: The government is lack of knowledge about this. The school only pays more attention to intellectual education, Pay less attention to moral education. The patriarch don" t know how to educate the children correctly. The social circumstances have a( negative effect on this. The adolescent ideology and moral construction also lake In order to solve these problems, all kinds of powers such as school, family, society, etc. need to be jpobilized, the concept of education need to be transformed, the social circumstances need to be molded newly, by which we hope we make progress in adolescent ideology and moral construction.
