汽车行业作为国民经济中最重要的重工产业,是最具有发展潜力的支柱产业之一,其具有很高的关联度和带动力,不仅带动了一大批重要产业的发展,而且直接和间接的创造了大量的就业机会,其稳定与持续发展对我国国民经济的发展有重要的意义。但由于种种原因我国汽车行业的发展却面对艰难的困境和选择。随着我国改革的不断深化和加入世贸组织,加强我国汽车产业建设和发展的力度并与世界接轨,具有十分重要的现实意义和迫切性。本文首先分析前人对产业组织理论的探索,然后通过对我国汽车产业的市场结构,市场行为和市场绩效进行了比较详细的产业组织的经济分析,并找出我国汽车产业组织的不足之处,进而在当今形势下对我国汽车产业组织优化提出了具体的建议。
Introduction As one of the most important heavy industries, and one of the most fully potential industries, automobile industry had a very high interrelatedness and drive force which not only drive large quantities of important industries, but also create direct and indirect massive employment opportunities; it has a vitally significant impact on stabilizing and developing our national economy. However, because all sorts of reasons, our country’automobile industry faces difficult dilemma and choice actually. With unceasing deepening reforms which along with as one part of the World Trade Organization, it is extremely vital and urgent to strengthen our country automobile industry’construction and development and connect with the world 一、Summary (一)Industrial organization theory’s development and various schools of major point The industrial organization’s theory origins from classical economist Adam·Smith,《the theory of National wealth》which he wrote has conducted careful research to the capitalism market thought that the free competition is the reason for leading the market’price consistent with the producer’s cost. At the beginning of 20th century, English neoclassic economist Marshall made some revision to Adam. Smith’s theory. However, after 1930, industrial organization theory formed a relative integrity the system, its representatives was the legitimate Harvard school and the unorthodox Chicago school, the new institutional school, new Austrian school, developing country school. (二) Research condition of our country’s industry organization theory Our country’Industrial organization theory research developed in 1978, mainly translating and introducing the West industrial organization theories.
