论文标题:丙膜测厚系统的研究和设计 The Study and Design of the System of Measuring Polypropylene-film"s Thickness 论文作者 论文导师 廖俊必;侯明,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 仪器仪表工程 论文单位 四川大学,点击次数 93,论文页数 78页File Size5412K 2006-10-30论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_88528782/ Measure Thickness;;Inductive Probe Communications in Series;;RS-232;;Report;;Forms;;VB;;EXCEL 聚丙烯薄膜是被广泛应用的工业薄膜,厚度是丙膜的一个重要参数。鉴于目前我公司还是靠千分尺手工测量、自动化程度低、精度不高的缺点,研究设计了高精度、高效率、使用方便的测量系统。系统采用了非在线接触式测量法。硬件部分采用了Mahr公司的电感测头和Millimar C1210系统,分辨率可达0.1um。为了保证设备在车间工作的稳定性和提高在恶劣环境下的抗干扰能力,采用了工业控制计算机。测头的抬起采用了气浮装置,使测量更方便轻松。为了能得到重量这一另外重要参数,采用了电子分析天平。软件部分成为重点。首先是通信问题,采用了常用的RS-232异步串行通信。测量数据经通信设备传输给计算机保存下来,并进行最大值、最小值、平均值和作出曲线图等相关数据处理,得到易于观察的结果,最后要把这些结果通过报表打印出来。通过比较报表设计器、Delphi、visum FoxPro、VC、VC++等报表设计方法和软件,最终选择了VB和EXCEL两个软件联合使用来设计报表的方法,使程序简洁,界面友好美观,功能强大,使用方便。经过大量比较工作,设计出了性能优化的系统。最终通过具体测试实验结果分析,得出系统具有精度高、重复性好、足够稳定,并且使用方便,性价比高,适合于工厂使用等优点的结论。 The polypropylene film is used in industry broadly. The thickness is an improtant parameter of polypropylene film. Whereas the measuring is also depended on handwork in our manufactory and automatization and precision isn"t good, so to design accurate, efficient and convenient measuring system. The method of lionon-line and contacting measuring is used. The inductive probe whose resolution is 0. 1um and Millimar C 1210 syetem are used in the partment of hardware. To ensure the equipment being used steadily and interferlessly, use Industrial Personal Computer—IPC. Air gage is used to make measuring more conveniently. To get another improtant parameter—weight, electronic analyzing balance is used. The software is an important partment. Firstly, asynchronous series and RS-232 protocol are used in communications. The measured data is transmited to a computer and dealed with by the computer, such as finding maximum, minimum and average value of the data and so on. Finally, results must be printed in report forms. Comparing designer for report forms and software such as Delphi, Visual FoxPro ,VC, VC++, finally VB and EXCEL are choosed to make programme compactly, interface friendly, function powerfully and using conveniently. To do a great deal of compared work, optimized syetem is choosed. At last, to analyse the results of experiment, get conclusion that the system is accurate, repeated, steady, convenient and suitable for manufactory.
