论文作者 论文导师 苗强;马锋,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 工业工程 论文单位 电子科技大学,点击次数 100,论文页数 66页File Size6183K 2007-01-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_913457/ Six Sigma; Engineering Practice; Applied Research 当通用电气公司总裁杰克·韦尔奇开始颂扬名叫六西格玛(以下简称6σ)的新管理策略时,很多优秀企业也开始开始实施类似的规划,结果由于这些企业经常是在并不真正理解这种管理策略的情况而实施行动,尽管花费了巨额资金,却收效甚微。不仅如此,实施这一策略还给企业的员工带来了压力,让他们觉得6σ系统过于神秘、过于复杂、是老板强加给他们的麻烦事。其实一个机构中,只有从高层管理人员到一般员工,都能真正理解并积极支持6σ时,6σ的巨大作用才会发挥得淋漓尽致。 目前中国很多企业也已经开展了6σ规划,中国航空工业自2002年就开始推行这一管理模式,目前已经取得显著效果。但本人所在的研究院在推广6σ方面尽管也作了大量的研究工作,投入了很多经费,但实施效果还是不能令人满意,实施6σ战略更是举步维艰。 自2005年12月开始,作者参加了为期半年的6σ绿带课程学习,期间将6σ巧妙的运用到工程实践中,曾取得了很好的效果。为了在本单位更好地推动6σ管理,作者结合自己研究生论文选题,进一步开展了如下的研究工作: 1、从质量发展史入手,对6σ背景知识、6σ管理方法和知识体系进行了概括; 2、对6σ过程改进方法进行了详细阐述,并运用DMAIC手段开展了一个优秀6σ研究项目; 3、结合单位实际,对6σ流程改进方法的相关知识进行了阐述,并就如何进一步在单位成功实施6σ战略进行了探讨。 本文紧密结合科研生产实际,旨在将生硬而高深的理论转化成具体实用的工具,为更好地解决工程实践中遇到的问题提供一套切实可行的方法。 When General Electric Company CEO Jack Wlech began to praise the new management strategy called Six Sigma. many outstanding enterprises to implement similar plans. However, the result is unsatisfied since these enterprises did not really understand the situation when implementing this management strategy. Although they have spent huge amount of money for planning, little effect can be reached. Moreover,the implementation of this strategy brings pressure to staff members and they feel that the Six Sigma system is too mysterious, too complex and it was trouble imposed by the boss. In fact, only when an organization, from top management to staff, can truly understand and support Six Sigma; Six Sigma will play a significant role. Currently, many enterprises have launched Six Sigma plan. Since 2002, China"s aviation industry began to implement this management mode. Despite a great deal of work, and tens of millions of dollars of being invested, the results are not satisfiable. Since December 2005, the author participated in the six-month training of Six Sigma Green Belt After that period, the Six Sigma strategy was applied in engineering practice, and good results have been achieved. In order to better promote the Six Sigma management in the author"s Institute, further study is conducted in this thesis project. 1. Introduce the Six Sigma background knowledge from the history of quality development, and generalize the Six Sigma methodologies and knowledge management framework in a general system; 2. Discuss the theory with a focus on the Six Sigma process improvement methodology and do an in-depth analysis combining cases on how to complete the Six Sigma projects successfully by using the DMAIC; 3. A brief discussion of theoretical knowledge of the Six Sigma process improvement methodology ; 4. Research on how to successfully implement Six Sigma strategy in Chinese enterprises. By combining theoretical research and engineering practice, this thesis provides a practical approach to efficiently solve problems encountered in real applications.
