本文从国际资本流动的角度来考察宏观经济运行问题。全文共分七章： 第一章，主要就国际资本流动的有关问题作一总体分析。首先分析国内资本和国际资本的相关性，并对国际资本流动作一般性分析，然后考察国际贸易、国际投资、国际资本市场与国际资本流动的关系。 第二章，主要分析国际资本流动下的货币供求与均衡问题。首先从一般的角度分析货币需求和货币供给问题，然后从国际资本流动的角度来进一步分析说明货币需求和货币供给问题。 第三章，主要从国际资本流动的角度来探讨经济增长问题。首先分析资本积累、技术进步、人力资本、知识和制度对经济增长的影响。然后对经济增长模式进行考察。最后着重分析国际资本流动对经济增长的作用效应。 第四章，重点讨论国际资本流动下的国家经济安全问题。主要讨论国际资本流动中的宏观经济风险，以及国际资本流动与泡沫经济、经济动荡、金融危机、经济周期和债务危机的关系。 第五章，着重从国际资本流动的角度来分析一国的通货状况。首先对通货状况的两种异常表现形式——通货膨胀与通货紧缩进行分析，然后讨论国际资本流动对通货膨胀和通货紧缩的影响。 第六章，主要分析国际资本流动下的国际收支均衡问题。着重分析国际资本流动与国际收支的关系，国际资本流动下的国际收支调节机制，并简要地分析国际收支调节与国际储备需求的关系。 第七章，主要分析国际资本流动下的内部均衡与外部均衡问题。首先利用IS-LM-BP模型来分析内外均衡问题。然后利用开放的AD-AS模型来分析内外均衡问题。最后对开放经济下宏观经济政策的作用机理作一概括性的分析，并简要地讨论一下开放经济下国际经济政策协调问题。
This dissertation deals with macro-economic operation with respect to international capital flow. The whole dissertation consists of seven chapters:Chapter I is a general analysis with regard to international capital flow. Firstly, I analyze the relativity of domestic capital and international capital. And then a general analysis concerning international capital flow is made. Finally, I discuss the relation of international trade, international investment, international capital market and international capital flow.In the proceeding chapter I discuss the question of currency supply and demand and their equilibrium under conditions of international capital flow. Currency demand and currency supply is generally analyzed firstly. Then, a further analysis on currency demand and currency supply is provided with regard to international capital flow.Chapter III focuses on economic growth at the angle of international capital flow. Firstly, the influence of capital accumulation, technical change, manpower capital, knowledge and system on economic growth is presented. And then, I make a review on the mode of economic growth. At length, I emphasize on the economic growth effect of international capital flow.I discuss national economic safety under conditions of international capital flow in Chapter IV. I chiefly discuss macro-economic risk under conditions of international capital flow, and the relation between international capital flow and bubble economy, economic turbulence, financial crisis, economic cycle and debt crisis.Chapter V centers on the currency state of a country at the angle of international capital flow. In the first place, I analyze two abnormal exhibitions of currency state, i.e., inflation and deflation. And then, the influence of international capital flow on inflation and deflation is discussed.In Chapter VI, I mainly analyze the balance of payments under conditions of international capital flow. An analysis on the relation between international capital flow and balance of payments , and adjustment mechanism about balance of payments under conditions of international capital flow are presented firstly. And then, I make a brief analysis on the relation of adjustment about balance of payments and international reserve.The last chapter mainly discusses internal equilibrium and external equilibrium of macro-economy under conditions of international capital flow. In the first instance, I analyze the internal and external equilibrium of macro-economy applying IS-LM-BP s model. Secondly, I discuss internal and external equilibrium of macro-economy making use of AD-AS s model. And then, I make a general analysis on process mechanism of macro-economic policy under open economy. Finally, I briefly discuss the coordination of international economic policy under open economy.
