论文标题:企业质量管理与质量战略研究 The Research on Enterprise Quality Management & Quality Strategy 论文作者 杨慧丹 论文导师 林根祥,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 企业管理 论文单位 武汉理工大学,点击次数 1470,论文页数 60页File Size3143k 2002-10-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_926722/ 质量战略;质量文化;零缺陷;6σ质量管理;用户完全满意 Quality Strategy;Quality Culture;Zero Defect;6σ Quality Management;Total Customer Satisfaction 本文对质量管理的三个发展阶段——质量检验阶段、统计质量控制阶段和全面质量管理阶段的历史进行了回顾,归纳出质量管理学的基本思想以及对开展质量保证活动的促进作用,在此基础上进一步论述了ISO9000系列国际标准产生的背景和理论基础。 随着ISO9000系列标准在不同历史时期的演变,第一版(1987年)、第二版(1994年)及最新的第三版(2000版)的ISO9000系列标准得到不断修订和调整,最新版的ISO9000标准充分体现了当今世界上质量界最普遍接受和认同的质量管理八项原则,随着2001年12月我国加入WTO的契机,ISO9000系列标准作为企业质量管理水平的评价准则,它的不断进化必然促使企业不断调整质量战略来满足新形势下的市场要求,只有建立正确的质量价值观并注重培育企业的质量文化,制订适应于新的市场运作规则利国际市场环境的质量战略,才能使我国企业通过不断提高质量管理的水平,来提升企业的综合竞争实力,这已成为二十一世纪企业的长久生存之道。 本课题对我国企业面临的外部环境和企业内部条件进行分析,总结归纳出“用户为中心,使用户满意”是企业质量战略的基本立足点,阐述了营建“用户至上”质量文化和推行推6σ质量管理来强化“零缺陷”机制的重要性,以及实施用户完全满意模式的具体操作方案。 本文最后介绍了著名合资企业——摩拉罗拉公司、波海航空复合材料部件有限公司在质量管理与质量战略上的一些成功经验,为本课题在实践活动中的具体运用提供了一些实例和尝试性的研究。 This essay reviewed the history of the three developing stages of Quality Inspection, Statistic Quality Control and Total Quality Control in quality management, and summed up the basic philosophy of quality management and its impetus to launch of quality assurance activities, and based on which, the background and the theoretical foundation of creating 1SO9000 system of international standard were further expounded in the essay.As ISO9000 system evolved in different historical period, the first edition (1987), the second edition (1994) and the latest one, the third edition (2000) of that were constantly updated and upgraded. The latest edition of 1S09000 system not only fully embodied the eight principles of quality management, which were generally recognized and accepted by quality control circles in the world, with the China"s successfully admission to WTO membership, as an evaluating rule to measure the level of an enterprise quality management, ISO9000 system under constant evolution for excellence will surely give an impulse to enterprise to perfect their quality strategy so as to satisfy the need of market under the new situation. Only by equipping proper concept of quality value and quality culture, develop quality strateg) suitable to new market rule and international economy situation, our enterprise can elevate the comprehensive competitive strength by continuously quality improvement, that will pave a way for enterprises in 21s1 century to survive permanently.After investigating the outside environment and inside conditions of enterprises, the essay come to an conclusion, i.e. the idea of customer focus A; customer 100% satisfaction has become the foundation of enterprise quality strategy, emphasize the importance on establishing quality culture based on "Customer is God" and implementing 6n quality management to seek for the goal of "Zero Defect", the essay also provide the introduction on how to implement the model of total customer satisfaction.Finally the essay introduces some successful experience of Motorola Co. & BHA Aero Composite Parts Co., Ltd on quality management & quality strategy, which provided some instances and studies attempted for concrete practice in actual operation.
