论文作者 论文导师 施国洪,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 管理科学与工程 论文单位 江苏大学,点击次数 99,论文页数 80页File Size5733k 2005-04-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_934312762/ supply chain management; production planning and control ; information share; information feedback 供应链管理(supply chain management)是目前全球工业界与理论界普遍关注的热点问题。结合文献的研究情况,可以看出,关于供应链管理的研究比较多,但是供应链环境下企业生产计划与控制活动的深层次问题的研究还比较少。 论文针对供应链环境下生产计划与控制体系出现的问题和难点,综合运用柔性理论、精细生产/敏捷制造、集成理论等理论和方法进行研究,开发设计了供应链环境下企业生产计划与控制系统。该系统对企业管理模式的转变提供了有益的借鉴,为我国企业积极参与全球竞争提供了一个强有力的武器。 首先,对供应链管理思想、传统生产计划与控制作了理论介绍,分析了供应链管理思想与传统生产计划与控制的不适应性,提出了供应链环境下生产计划与控制的特点。 接着,分析了供应链环境下生产计划中信息不确定性的原因,及其对生产计划与控制产生影响,提出了减少信息不确定性的技术手段。 进而,提出了供应链环境下生产计划与控制系统的总体模型,重点研究了几个关键要素的算法模型:订单优先决策算法模型、主生产计划的柔性决策算法模型、基于业务外包的订单分解决策算法模型、提前期决策算法模型。 最后,根据本文理论思想,结合英格索兰(常州)有限公司的生产实例,运用Visual Foxpro6.0作为开发工具,在Windows XP系统下实现供应链环境下的生产计划与控制的程序设计,并对该系统所产生的效益进行分析。 Starting from the influence of supply chain management (SCM) on the change of production management mode ,a new methodology and support tool of production planning and control based on supply chain management are developed in this paper.The main innovative works of this paper are :A new methodology framewok of integrated supply chain management is established. Based on the methodology strategies of supply chain management are put forward.The influence of SCM on the PPC is studied , a standpoint of production planning and control must be adapted to the management mode is advanced. The adaptability of conventional PPC is supply chain and the importanceand necessity of developing new PPC are expounded. A new production planning and control model is advanced based on integration of multi-agent and multi-level coordination mechanism.In order to set up a new running environment for production planning and control system ,a new model of enterprise integration based on three level coordination mechanism and a production organization based on three level coordination mechanism and a production organization mode based on multi agent are advanced. An agile and lean production system is also researched.The basic principle of production planning adapted to SCM is discussed. A framework of integrated production planning system is established. Several algorithms for production planning are constructed.Finally, integrated the production practice of INGERSOL-LAND (CHANGZHOU) corporation, a set of stimulating software of product configuration is developed.
