本论文综合运用在攻读企业管理系研究生课程班期间所学的管理知识,理论联系实际,对ABC公司建设包装项目进行投资分析,为管理者做出投资决策提供帮助。 ABC公司在认识到包装产业的远大前景情况下,提出了进军包装印刷项目的战略意向。本文首先运用市场营销理论,对包装及包装印刷产业的国内市场进行分析,以了解包装市场的发展和市场容量,然后运用战略管理知识对包装印刷产业的竞争特点进行分析,从定性的角度认识包装印刷市场中五种竞争力量的特点和相对强弱,并结合ABC公司的情况进行确定项目选型,同时对ABC公司的内外环境、优势、劣势等进行SWOT分析,从而制定了项目未来的战略。 接下来运用会计学、税收管理、财务管理等方法对项目的投资范围、资金筹措方式进行确定,从财务的角度计算未来的现金流量、使用贴现和非贴现方法分析项目的经济效益,以及对项目进行敏感性测试,并且对项目实施过程中及以后运营过程中可能面临的不确定性进行探讨,制定项目的应对预案,最后通过上述各种分析后得出投资分析研究结论。
The Papers emphasizes on Packages Printing Project’s investment analysis and offers supporting information for decision making for ABC’s management. The knowledge of the papers comes from the writer’s synthetically learning in Business Administration Department of Xiamen University and working experiences in ABC Company. ABC Company has put forward the strategic purpose of the packages printing project when it realizes the long-range prospect of the industry. This papers uses marketing theory to analyze the domestic market in order to learn the capacity of the market and its development, then use strategic knowledge to analyze the competition characteristics of the industry, confirm the characteristics of five kinds of competition strength and relative power in the packages printing market, select the suitable target and carry on S W O T analysis about internal and external environment, advantage, disadvantage and make a determination for the project’s strategy plan. Then determine investment range and project financing ways by use of accounting, tax and finance knowledge, calculate the project’s cash flow, analyze the profitability of the project by non-discount and discount methods, find the key factors influencing the project through the sensitive analysis. The papers also discuss the project’s risk and bring out the solution methods. Finally, the papers give a summary about the project’s investment analysis.
