伴随着中国汽车工业的发展,中国客车工业也进入了一个崭新的发展时代。在国内行业的竞争日益白热化的同时,中国客车企业又直面挑战昂首迈进国际市场。如何在国内竞争中突出重围,如何应对国际市场严峻的考验,已经成为中国客车制造企业生产和发展必需研究和解决的重要课题。 新产品开发是汽车制造企业持续发展的源动力。作为国际先进企业标准新品开发方法的项目管理在国内客车制造企业中尚未得到深入的研究和实践。管理落后使企业难以形成系统的、综合的、持久的优势,管理的落后必然导致技术的落后。本文以项目管理在新产品开发中的应用实践为研究对象,在以下方面进行了探讨。 首先对项目管理的知识背景、国内外研究现状以及在新产品开发中应用的应用情况进行了阐述。文章通过项目管理相关理论和方法在客车新产品开发案例中的应用介绍,分析项目管理在制订客车新产品开发项目策划,开发过程控制,团队建设中所起到的推动作用。并运用这些先进的管理思想和方法对新产品开发流程进行优化,将传统的经验式、模糊式管理方法转变为系统、科学、严密的管理方法,以达到提高产品开发质量,缩短产品开发周期,降低产品开发风险,提高客户满意度的目的。 最后,根据项目管理方法对客车新产品开发流程进行的优化,形成了新产品开发项目管理系列文档模板,将研究的理论成果文件化,转变为指导企业实践的物质载体。
Along with the growth of Chinese automobile industry, Chinese coach industry enters a new era. Although competition in coach market is becoming more and more fierce, lots of coach made in China has been sold overseas, which present new challenge for Chinese automobile industry. It has become an important task for Chinese coach manufacturers to study how to survive in the market and deal with the pressure from international market. New product development is the key to success of enterprise in automobile industry. Despite its widespread employment in advanced countries, project management has not yet been realized and carried out in Chinese coach manufacturers. Poor management makes it difficult to form systematic, integrated and constant competitive advantage, which in turn impede the advance of new technology. This article addresses project management to be applied in new product development to study, and discusses on following aspects. This article firstly introduces the technical background of project management, including current research in the world and its applications in new product development. Then a case about project management applied to new coach product development is described. Make use of these advanced theory and solution to optimize the new product development flow. Change empiristic and fuzzy ways to systematic, scientific and precise solutions to improve quality, shorten periods, reduce risk and enhance customer satisfaction. Finally, according to the optimized work flow, we address the transfer from the research results to documents, and form a new product development project management document template as a physical carrier to guide further practice.
