论文标题:岩黄连的地质背景及组织培养技术研究 The Geologic Background and the Tissue Culture Technique Research of Corydalis Saxicola Bunting 论文作者 论文导师 蒋忠诚;黄宁珍,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 野生动植物保护与利用 论文单位 广西师范大学,点击次数 68,论文页数 56页File Size2148K 2006-05-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_951060772/ Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting; geologic; relativity; tissue culture 岩黄连(Corydalis Saxicola Bunting)全草含脱氢卡维丁(岩黄连碱)等活性成分,具有显著的抗菌、消炎、镇痛和强安定作用,属岩溶石山特有种,由于生境条件恶劣,岩黄连自然繁殖率很低,种群发展困难,加上人为的采挖,资源蕴藏量十分有限。本论文对岩黄连地质背景以及组织培养技术进行了研究,主要结果如下: 对岩黄连的地质背景进行了初步研究,获得了以下结论: 1.富钙偏碱的地质背景有利于岩黄连的生长与繁衍;岩溶石山缺水的环境更适合岩黄连的生长;另外岩溶山区的特殊地貌为岩黄连生长所需的无直射光环境提供可能;岩黄连的稀少与之对环境因子的要求较高是密不可分的。 2.所研究的五个样点的岩石之间有着及其显著的相关性,说明成土地质背景在整体上极其相似。但各样点的岩石矿质元素含量有一定的差异,如,NXZ中K、Na、Fe、Mn、Zn含量比NTZ、NKB、NYC、NSZY高,NSZY中S的含量较其它四个岩样的低。说明不同地质背景岩石矿质元素含量值由于成土母岩、降水、光照等的不同存在着一定的差异。 3.不同产地的岩黄连矿质元素呈现极显著相关性,说明不同产地的岩黄连有着较大的相似性。但也有差别,其中塘纵屯岩黄连中Mn、Zn含量较高,河坝屯岩黄连中K、Fe、Mo含量较高,荣场屯岩黄连中S含量较高,三只羊乡岩黄连中Ca、Mg、Na含量较高。说明地质背景对岩黄连的矿质元素含量有一定的影响。 4.岩黄连中,Ca与Na呈极显著相关,Ca与Mg及Fe与Mo显著相关。岩黄连中其它元素的相关性不显著。 5.钾能减少植物蒸腾,调节植物组织内水分的平衡,提高植物的抗旱性;在严冬季节,钾可以促进植物体中淀粉转化为可溶性糖类,从而提高植物的抗寒性[58]。岩黄连具有较强的抗旱能力以及它对温度的适应性较广这和它的K含量较高是密不可分的。 对岩黄连的组织培养进行了初步研究,获得了以下结论: 1.采用蒴果灭菌,然后将种子取出接种到培养基上的实验发现种子全部污染,说明岩黄连种子不适合用蒴果进行灭菌,可能在岩黄连外植体在大棚生长的过程中已经有细菌侵入到蒴果里。 2.在培养基无机盐浓度对岩黄连种子萌发的影响实验中,发现种子萌发率普遍较低,最高也只有11.4%。MS培养基中的无机盐浓度偏高,岩黄连种子的萌发率只有6.7%,随着培养基NH_4NO_3浓度的降低,种子的萌发率有所提高,当浓度降到1/4MS时种子的萌发率最高,为11.4%。但无机盐浓度继续降低种子的萌发率又会下降,说明无机盐的浓度对 The entire Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting grass contains live composition of Dehydrocavidine std. Ca, Mg alkaline geological background conducive Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting concentrations it’s necessary elements; The lack water environment more suitable to Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting growth;In addition , the special landscape of karst mountain provide Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting indirect optical environment. Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting less affected by the other vegetation;It could be tentatively suggested that, Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting of matrix, moisture, illumination, vegetation and require a higher degree of interference. Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting is scarce because its higher demands on the environment . 2. The five different places of rock what we studied have shows the remarkable relativity, Explained that the earth geologic background is extremely similar on the whole.But there are some different of mineral elements among them, such as, the content of K, Na, Fe, Mn, Zn in the NXZ is higher than NTZ, NKB, NYC, NSZY.Indicate that because of different female rock and rainfall, sunlight etc the geologic background mineral element concentrations is different. 3. There are remarkable relativity of the Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting mineral elements of different places. Explained that different places of Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting have certain likeness.But also have certain difference. The content of Mn, Zn is higher in YTZ;The content of K, Fe, Mo is higher in the YKB; the content of S is higher in YRC; the content of Ca, Mg, Na is higher in YSZY.Indicate that the geology background have certain influence to the element content of Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting. 4. In the Corydalis SaxicoIa Bunting, the Ca and Na shows extremely remarkable relativity, the Ca and Mg , Fe and Mo shows remarkable relativity.The relativity of other mineral elements does not show the remarkable relativity. 5. Potassium can reduce plant transpiration, regulate water balance within the plant
