中共中央国务院《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》明确指出：“学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想”，同时健康是人类永恒的主题。随着人类的进步和社会的发展，健康问题越来越被人们所重视。邓小平同志提出“教育要面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来”这正是一种适应现代、超越当代、塑造未来的教育思想。现代化意味着生产方式的变革，知识经济对“体力”的要求降低了，因此学校体育的目的、任务应作相应的调整，要加深对现代健康观念的理解，更新教育观念，突破传统健康观与体质观的束缚，树立新的健康教育观，高校的体育教学应与健康教育相结合实施来达到“健康第一”的教育目的。因此，必须以整体教育思维重新审视健康教育和学校体育的跨学科发展。所以学校体育工作者必须在体育课教学中与健康教育相结合实施，对四川普通高校达到“健康第一”的教育目的指导思想有十分重要的意义。同时也对培养大学生独立锻炼的能力和习惯，以及形成终身体育观和树立全民健身意识有重要意义。 本研究在已有研究的基础上采用文献资料法，系统分析法，专家访谈法，问卷调查法，联机检索法，从健康教育学、体育学、课程论、保健学、心理学、教育学、统计学、营养学等多维角度对四川普通高校体育课教学的现状及制约因素的分析，特别对四川普通高校体育课与健康教育相结合的内容体系进行了探析，基本明晰了在四川普通高校体育课与健康教育相结合的研究，其具体内容包括： 1．提出目前在我国普通高校体育课与健康教育相结合实施的现状；明晰

With the advance and development of human being and society, people put more importance on health than before. Deng Xiaoping had said that education should aim at modern, world and future. Obviously, it is a kind of perfect education thought. Modernization means that production ways are changing and isn"t demanding on physical work. Therefore, it"s indispensable to adjust the overall targets and specific tasks of physical education based on deeper understanding of both what health is and the philosophy, methodology of education and, to break and go beyond the barriers of the traditional views on health and physical health, thus to establish a system of new perspectives of and techniques for health education—the triple born from the combination of three subsidiaries: physical health education, psychological health education, sanitary education, which is the realization of the guidance "health is of the first priority".
