论文标题:重庆市少数民族地区基础教育问题分析与对策探讨 Study on Interactive Cooperative Learning Environments and System Implementation 论文作者 谭再琼 论文导师 王德清,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 教育学原理 论文单位 西南师范大学,点击次数 28,论文页数 46页File Size2459k 2001-04-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_95830217/ 农村,科普教育,问题,对策 the rural areas;science popularization;problems;countermeasures. 本论文选题于导师王德清教授主持的课题——《重庆市少数民族地区教育的历史、现状与发展对策研究》。本文是该课题的一个子课题。本文的“重庆市少数民族地区”指少数民族聚居的酉阳、秀山土家族苗族自治县,彭水苗族土家族自治县,石柱土家族自治县及黔江区。在西部大开发的宏观社会背景下,探讨少数民族地区教育,特别是基础教育的发展成为教育理论界的一个热点话题。作为西部地区唯一的直辖市——重庆,同样面临着重庆市少数民族地区基础教育的发展问题。该地区集“老、少、边、穷、山、库”五位一体,其基础教育既具有典型的农村性,又具有典型的民族性,总体上讲基础教育发展严重不足,存在一系列亟待解决的问题。由于设立重庆直辖市时间短,对重庆市少数民族地区基础教育状况还基本无研究。鉴于此,本文立足于重庆市少数民族地区基础教育实际,力图从物的方面、人的方面把握其基础教育存在的主要问题,阐释造成这些问题的主要原因,进而探索该地区基础教育发展的基本思路。 从区域性的纵向比较来看,重庆市少数民族地区基础教育处在不断地发展和变革之中,其发展成就巨大。但从全国性的横向比较来看,却又处于相对落后位置,在裹挟着种种问题之下负重前行。本文第一部分采用定量与定性的方法,从物的方面、人的方面解析了这一地区基础教育存在的主要问题,即学校硬件设施差、教育经费短缺与教育经费管理混乱并存、师资队伍量少质差欠稳定、学生的反常教育需求与高辍学率并存。第二部分以系统的观点对造成这些问题的主要原因进行了剖析,主要包括区位因素、观念因素、经济因素、教育自身因素。第三部分基于上述问题及成因的分析,提出了重庆市少数民族地区基础教育发展的初步构想,主要有转变教育观念,营造重教支教的良好氛围;促稳定、求质量、增数量,加强师资队伍建设;增加教育投入,加强教育经费管理;进行课程改革,加强基础教育地区针对性;倡导对口支援,争取多方援助。 AN ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURE OF THE BASIC EDUCATION OF THE MINORITY NATIONALITY REGIONS IN CHONGQING MUNICIPALITY ABSTRACT Specialty: Principle of Education Major: Educational Management Tutor: Professor Wang De-qing Author: Tan Zai-qiong (98030) This paper is one of the sub-themes of the themes that professor Wang De-qing presides ?The Study of the Countermeasures of the Past, Present and Future of the Education of the Minority Nationality Regions in Chongqing Municipality. Under the macro-social background of the grand exploitation of west China, the discussion of the education of the minority nationality regions, especially of the development of basic education has become a frequently-discussed topic. As the only municipality directly under the Central Government in the western region, Chongqing also has to face .up to the problem of basic education development of the minority nationality regions. This region shares the following features: the one of the revolutionary bases; the one of the minority nationality regions; the one of the border areas; the one of the poor areas; the one of the mountainous regions and the one of reservoir areas. Its basic education has not only the typical features of the countryside, but also the typical features of the nationality. Generally speaking, its basic education is severely underdeveloped, and a series of problems await our solutions. Because of the above-mentioned reasons, this thesis, from the standpoint of the actual development of basic education of the minority nationality regions of Chongqing, attempts to discuss the existent problems of the its basic education and illustrates what are the main factors of causing the problems to explore the basic thoughts of the basic education of this area. From the longitudinal comparison of regionality, the basic education of the minority nationality regions of Chongqing is under constant development and innovation, and has great potentials. But from the breadthwise comparison countrywide, it occupies a comparative behind place. Besieged by many questions, it tramps on. The first part of the thesis, by the means of the quantitative and qualitative methods, explains and analyses the main existent problems of the basic education in this region from the aspects of the resources and residents, that is, the poverty of the facilities of schools; the co-existence of the shortage and poor management of the education fund; the small quantity and poor quality and unsteadiness of the teaching forces and the co-existence of the unusual requirement of education and high dropout of students. The second part, from the systemic point of view, analyses the main reasons of causing these problems, including regional and positional factors; conceptual factors; economic factors and education"s own factors. The third part, based on the analysis of the above-mentioned problems and reasons, puts forward the preliminary blueprint for the basic education development of the minority nationality regions of Chongqing Municipality, which mainly includes: the converting of the education concept and the cultivation of the favorable environment of respecting teaching and supporting teaching; maintaining steadiness, seeking for the top quality, accelerating the quantity so as to strengthen the
