建设社会主义和谐社会是当前我国所面临的重要历史任务,而构建和谐校园是建设社会主义和谐社会的必然要求和重要组成部分。为数不少的大学生“弱势”群体,因为在某些方面存在一定的缺陷而处于劣势,容易产生异常的思想和行为,在一定程度上影响高校的和谐、稳定和发展,是高校和谐校园建设面临的重大课题。 论文借鉴学者对社会弱势群体的定义,界定了大学生“弱势”群体的含义,根据他们在经济生活、身体素质、心理状况、学习能力、各类竞争等方面的现实表现和影响因素,把大学生“弱势”群体分为经济“弱势”、身心“弱势”、地位“弱势”和就业“弱势”四大类;进而,在外因方面从家庭的经济状况、教育方式、生活氛围,社会的经济环境、价值观念、信息环境,学校的培养目标、教育内容、日常管理,在内因方面从大学生“弱势”群体的生理特性、理想信念、情感意志等各方面深入分析了各类大学生“弱势”群体的形成原因。指出大学生“弱势”群体是高校建设和谐校园中不可忽略的重要因素,直接关系和谐校园建设的成败,加强和改进大学生“弱势”群体思想政治教育能够体现高等教育的“以人为本”和“公平正义”,实现和维护好大学生“弱势”群体的根本利益,可以为和谐校园建设提供力量源泉,可以提高和谐校园建设的内涵品质。在此基础上,结合高校实际,应用思想政治教育学的基本原理和方法,构建了大学生“弱势”群体思想政治教育的原则、主要内容、制度建设、平台建设、队伍建设等“五位一体”的教育体系。 本论文以科学发展观为指导,从贯彻落实中央16号文件和构建和谐校园出发,在广泛调研的基础上,运用统计学等学科,以及归纳总结等方法,界定大学生“弱势”群体的定义,研究其分类及现状,探析形成原因;运用社会学、政治学,探析大学生“弱势”群体与高校和谐校园建设的关系;运用思想政治教育的基本原理,以及教育学、心理学、系统学,构建大学生“弱势”群体思想政治教育的新体系。对于加强大学生“弱势”群体思想政治教育,帮助大学生“弱势”群体共享教育资源、实现自身全面发展,对于体现教育的公平正义,实现“以人为本”,全面推进和谐校园建设具有重要的意义。对于新时期加强和改进大学生“弱势”群体思想政治教育、推进和谐校园建设提供了理论与实践的参考意义。
To construct a socialist harmonious society is an important historical task that we are confronted with, while establishing a harmonious campus is a must and a component part of that kind of society.. A large number of the vulnerable student groups at university are apt to think and behave abnormally as a result of their certain deficiency in some aspects, therefore, the status quo , to some extent, will affect college"s harmony, stability and development. This is a major task in constructing harmonious campus. This dissertation defines the vulnerable student groups at university referring to the definition given by some scholars, and classify them into four types in the light of their financial, physical, psychological and academic states as well as their competitiveness and other factors. And then further analyzes these factors, which result in the vulnerable student groups at university, from external and internal aspects. Generally speaking, the former refers to their family financial condition, manners of education, surroundings, social economic environment, values, information resources, the school"s goal and content, daily management; the latter involves their psychological characteristics, ideals and beliefs, feelings, wills, and so on. And it points out that the vulnerable student groups at university is an important factor which plays a decisive role in harmonious campus construction and can not be neglected . To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of the vulnerable student groups at university can embody the ideals of "people-oriented" and "fair and justice" in higher education, and protect their fundamental interests and support the construction of a harmonious campus, through which raise the connotation of the quality of harmonious campus construction . On this basis, this dissertation aimed at the vulnerable student groups at university has, with the combination of the reality of colleges and universities and the basic principles and methods of ideological and political education, constructed the principles of ideological and political education as well as main contents, system construction, platform construction, construction of the faculty which called --"Five in One" educational system. Under the guidance of the ideology of scientific development, this dissertation defines and classifies the vulnerable student groups at university in a wide range of investigation and study, using statistical and other disciplines, in addition to inductive, summary and other methods. It also studies the status quo and causes; and discusses the relationship between the vulnerable student groups at university and harmonious college campus establishment, and properly applying political science, education, psychology, systematization it wants to construct a new ideological and political education system for these students, which will be significant to strengthen the ideological and political education for the vulnerable student groups at university and let them share educational resources, promote their own comprehensive development, and embody the fairness and justice and realize the ideals of "people-oriented", and comprehensively promote the harmonious campus construction, and provide a theoretical and practical reference for the college ideological and political education and campus construction in the new era.
