论文标题:国有大型建筑企业发展战略的研究 The Study on the Developing Strategy of State-owned Key Construction Enterprise 论文作者 高山 论文导师 吴小平,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 森林工程 论文单位 南京林业大学,点击次数 104,论文页数 74页File Size3705k 2004-06-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_9620982/ SWOT;大型建筑企业;企业战略;发展战略;职能战略;战略模型 SWOT, key construction enterprises, company strategy, developing strategy, function strategy, strategic model. 2001年11月我国加入世界贸易组织,2006年我国建筑业市场将取消各种限制,对世界敞开,我国建筑业市场将面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。建筑业是我国国民经济发展的支柱产业之一,在国民经济发展中占有举足轻重的作用。国有大型建筑企业无论在市场份额、生产产值、技术水平、科研能力等各方面在市场中均占有较大份额。面对巨大的机遇和挑战,我国建筑业企业,尤其是大型建筑企业,如何调整自身定位,积极主动地与国际接轨,就成为一个急待研究、解决的课题。本论文适时地针对国有大型建筑企业发展战略的研究,对丰富国有大型建筑企业的战略理论和促进国有大型建筑企业发展具有指导作用。 本论文主要包括以下几个方面: (1) 基于对我国国有大型建筑企业现状分析,找出企业当前面临的主要任务和困难,进行论文定位研究。 (2) 借鉴国内外管理学者的战略研究模型和战略规划方法,建立建筑业企业战略研究模型。选择课题的研究方法。 (3) 运用SWOT分析法,研究国有大型建筑企业内部优势与劣势,外部环境的机遇与威胁,总结企业当前所处的战略状态。 (4) 确定了国有大型建筑企业发展成为跨行业、跨国界的大企业的战略目标,和为实现目标制定的近期、远期各阶段发展规划。制定与战略规划相对应的“三步走”的企业总体发展战略,近期借助于较好的外部环境,培养企业内部优势,逐步开拓国际市场,使企业建筑业产值绝对值增加,相对比率减少,多元化发展,向具有国际竞争力的跨国公司发展。 (5) 根据总体发展战略,制定国有大型建筑企业各阶段配套的职能战略。建筑企业建立、健全企业内部职能,掌握国际规则、增加资源积累,发展成为跨国公司的企业职能战略措施,与总体战略结合形成国有大型建筑企业的发展战略体系。 (6) 受南京三建的委托,本文在对国有大型建筑企业发展战略研究的基础上,为南京三建制定了一套企业发展战略。这套方案涵盖企业的战略分析、战略规划、战略选择和总体、职能战略方案,对三建的发展有一定的指导价值,以期对同类型企业提供借鉴。 After the entrance in to WTO in Nov 2001, China will cancel all the restrictions in building market in 2006. It"s a special opportunity and challenge for Chinese building industry. Being one of the most important industries, building plays a crucial role in economic development. State-owned key construction enterprises occupy great share in market ability, product value, technical level and scientific research, etc. Under the condition of such challenge and chance, Chinese construction enterprises, especial the key construction enterprises, are facing the problem of how to adjust themselves in the line with international standard. This thesis involved the research on the developing strategy of state-owned key construction enterprises. It"ll put forward some strategic theories and have a certain guide to those developing enterprises.This thesis"s research fields include:(1) Based on the analysis to the current situation of construction enterprises, the studying purpose of this thesis is finding and solving the main problem in these enterprises and located the emphases of this thesis.(2) Using the reference of domestic and international strategic models, the research model of construction enterprises is set up in this thesis, and the means is chosen to finish the task.(3) Employing the method of SWOT, the research in state-owned key construction enterprises, for example the advantage and disadvantage in those enterprises and the challenge they have to face, and conclude present strategic state of them.(4) The strategic goal of this thesis may make state-owned key construction enterprises become larger, and make the rule of present and long-dated strategic program. "Three phases" collectivity strategies for overall development of the enterprises, bringing up interior condition in virtue of exterior condition, exploiting international market, in order to make their absolute production value of building get higher and comparative production value get lower, and ensure them development.(5) According to the strategies system, the strategic measures are established for state-owned key construction enterprises. Measures include enterprises should consummate interior function, mastery international rules, become multinational, etc, come into being the developing strategy system of state-owned key construction enterprises with collectivity strategies.(6) The developing strategy is designed for the third construction enterprises in Nanjing, on the base of the developing strategy of state-owned key construction enterprises. This developing strategy will guide its development in a certain extent, involving strategy analyze, strategy programming , strategy choice and strategy schemes, so that this thesis may refer to the same enterprises.
