随着冷战的结束，旧的秩序落下帷幕，新的国际秩序尚未形成。世界正处在随时变动的敏感时期。东北亚地区向来是国际社会关注的热点地区之一。冷战结束后，影响东北亚国际政治格局的各国关系基本处于一个平衡状态，但作为一个整体，东北亚地区始终存在着国家间的对抗、军备竞赛的升级和潜在的军事冲突，影响各大国之间关系的不稳定因素已初露端倪。和平与发展是当今世界的主题。地区安全是该地区政治稳定和经济持续发展的主要前提。虽然东北亚地区存在着各种问题和不稳定因素，但总的形势还是朝着缓和的方向发展。 文章从博弈论的角度观察东北亚局势，历史的分析了东北亚格局的变更，东北亚各国在这一战略格局中的举动。在此基础上阐述了东北亚区域合作的可行性和现实性。维护该地区的稳定已成为各国的共识，东北亚国家之间发生了重要的变化，开始构筑新型的国家关系。提出了中国的东北亚区域战略，包括政治外交战略，安保战略，以及区域经济合作战略。在未来东北亚局势的演变中，中国将一如继往地坚持独立自主的和平外交政策，为东北亚地区的稳定和发展作出自己的努力。
As the termination of Cold War, the old international order comes to an end while the new order has not come into being yet. The world is in the moving sensitive period. The region of Northeast Asia is always one of the hot zones in international community. The relationship among nations which effect the international politics situation of Northeast Asian region is in equilibrium after the termination of Cold War. As a whole, the antagonism among nations, the upgrade of the martial race and latent martial collision still exist in the Northeast Asia region. The unsteadiness factors which influence the relationship among nations have already come into the surface. Peace and development are the topics of current world. The regional security is the principal premise of the politics stability and the economic persistent development of that region. Although there are various problems and unsteadiness factors in Northeast Asian region, the main tendency is towards mitigating orientation.This article observes the Northeast Asia situation from the perspective of Game Theory and analyzes the alternation of Northeast Asia situation and the policies adopted by Northeast Asian nations. This article expounds the feasibility and reality of the regional collaboration of Northeast Asian region. It is known to all nations that stability is very important and some significant transformation has taken place among the Northeast Asian nations. New state relationship among nations is being constructed. This essay expounds China"s regional strategies in Northeast Asia, including political and diplomatic strategies, security strategies and strategies of economic development. In the future evolution of NortheastAsian situation, China will withhold independence and autonomous diplomatic policy continuously and exert herself to the stability and development of Northeast Asia.
