论文标题:Ki67基因在鼻咽癌中的表达及意义 A STUDY ON Ki67 GENE EXPRESSION AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE 1N NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA 论文作者 韦祝新 论文导师 王绍丰,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 肿瘤学 论文单位 广西医科大学,点击次数 78,论文页数 53页File Size673k 2002-05-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_979677167/ Ki67基因;鼻咽癌 ; 免疫组织化学 ; 远处转移 Ki67 gene;Nasopharyngeal carcinoma;Immunohistochemistry;Distant metastasis 目的:探讨Ki67基因在鼻咽癌的表达及其Ki67的表达与鼻咽癌远处转移、临床分期等的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法对66例鼻咽癌标本的核增殖相关基因Ki67表达情况进行检测。其中33例有远处转移,33例无远处转移。Ⅰ期患者1例,Ⅱ期患者18例,Ⅲ期期患者31例,Ⅳ期患者16例。46例有颈淋巴结转移,20例无颈淋巴结转移。结果:①有远处转移组的鼻咽癌组织,Ki67表达水平明显高于无远处转移组(P<0.001)。②Ki67的表达与临床分期正相关(P<0.05,R=0.268〉。③Ki67的表达与T分期无明显关系。④有淋巴结转移的病例其Ki67的表达高于无淋巴结转移组,但统计学上无明显意义(P>0.05)。结论:Ki67表达的增高可能与鼻咽癌远处转移有关;Ki67表达的高低可能与鼻咽癌的临床分期有关。Ki67表达的高低有望成为评估预后的一个相关的指标。 Objective To evaluate the significance of Ki67 protein expression in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), and the relationship between Ki67 and distance metastasis, Ki67 and Clinical stage, and et al.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect Ki67 protein which correlated in cell proliferation expression in 66 NPC patients .Of them, 33 cases with distant metastases and another 33 cases without distant metastases; one case was classified clinical stage Ⅰ1, 8 cases were classified clinical stageⅡ, 31 cases were classified clinical stage Ⅲ, 16 cases were classified clinical stage Ⅳ; and 46 cases with cervical lymph nodes metastases and another 20 cases without. Results ①The expression of Ki67 in the group with distant0metastases was significant higher than that in the group of without distant metastases (P<0.001). ②The correlation between Ki67 and clinical stage was positive (P<0.05, R=0.268). ③The expression of Ki67 was not related to T stage. ④The expression of Ki67 in the cases with cervical lymph nodes metastasis was higher than that of without . However, there was no statistically significant correlation existing between both groups (P=0.160>0.05). Conclusions The increased expression of the Ki67 gene could be correlated to the carcinoma distant metastasis in NPC patients. Alteration of Ki67 protein expression in the tissues of NPC may be related to the clinical stage of NPC The expression of Ki67 may be used as a indicator for evaluating prognosis of NPC .
